"This hotel has a good location near the New Bus Stand in Salem. It is easy to find. It is inside and no cars are allowed n the steep so we had to walk a few blocks with our luggage check was no problem for us. The staff at the hotel was the most friendly and hospitable. Although they do t have a restraint they offered us room service with tea and coffee every morning. The only issue we had is we had no WiFi reception. The WiFi was not good enough to use in our room. We advised the staff but it never worked for us. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay"

GGuest UserThe property is near the lake and easy to reach, good ambience and staff are polite and helpful. I took a deluxe room, i feel the price is high, but it was a nice stay, only thing is you need to checkout at 9. 30 am. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth.

GGuest UserStayed from may 2-4, 2023. This property is not worth for the amount paid. Badly maintained bathroom. No morning coffee/tea served till about 7:30 am and that too supplied only after requests. But the staff were quite nice and the frugal breakfast was good-thanks to the chef. Yercaud itself is a very beautiful and scenic hill station but very dirty at most of the places including the lake area due to callous and irresponsible tourists. Garbage disposal is pathetic. Vegetarian food and related restaurants are very few and bad.

GGuest UserRoom is big and spacious. Location is very good near to the bus stand and shops. Food is also fresh and tasty. Value for money. Staff Yoga was very helpful and supportive.

GGuest UserAs a couple initially, we didnt expect such a spacious room. They are situated next to sky park which is newly built theme park in yercaud, so spending the time would be great. Hotel receptionist/manager were so good and responded quickly.

GGuest UserYes service was very good it's near by highway room was near & clean tv & wifi& ac everything working perfectly one issue is separate restroom that's the uncomfortable because if stay only alone mean ok but stay in family on this room it's not suitable for us thanks
