The staff , service , food , washroom and restaurant were very good . All the members of the hotel was well behaved and very helpful. The only things which need improvement are linen should be clean and the room walls were dirty with spots .

Good room with all basic amenities, but no great view as we were on 1st floor. Restaurant is very good and food is delicious, bar is well stocked. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Close to lake and monastery. Definitely coming back here if visiting mirik

This hotel is located about 2. 5 km from kurseong bazar. Hence location is an issue. Size of the room is small comparing to it's rent. Hospitality of hotel staffs is good and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was included with the rent. Food quality is good but quiet expensive. Onerall experience is good
