"I chose Trinity Hotel Lexicon Matigara for a small anniversary stay but was disappointed by several issues. I had specifically requested a room away from the lift with a good view, yet the assigned room was directly in front of the lift and faced the side of the building with a poor view. The room location caused repeated noise and lack of privacy, which affected our celebration. While the staff were polite, the room allocation felt careless and not in line with the booking request. If this is how room assignments are handled at this property, I’m hesitant to book again. I hope management improves communication and respects guest preferences so future stays better match expectations."

A special mention to the staff for their warm hospitality and prompt service throughout our stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed the meals at the Blue Charcoal restaurant; the food was delicious with great multi-cuisine options.Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service in Darjeeling.
