"The property is located at a prime location, at Chauk Bazar, almost near to keventer's, glenary's, etc. But the thing which irritated me the most is they were charging for room cleaning and were asking me multiple times whether I would like to opt for room cleaning services or not.
Moreover, in my MMT package, 2 water bottles were included free of cost per day. But during our last day, when we asked for 2 bottles, they asked that only if I opt for room cleaning, they would provide me the bottles.
Hence, my overall experience was not up to the mark. "

momokowuThe room looks a lot better than the picture, the dinner is delicious, the price is reasonable, check in at Christmas, the environment is good, you can see the mountains outside the room, but it is a pity not to take the small train, because the train is too far away. And train tickets are not cheap. Time is too late, it is really troublesome to catch a car.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your property, and I wanted to share some feedback to help enhance the guest experience.
The breakfast was excellent and lived up to expectations—delicious and well-prepared. However, the room and welcome did not quite match the standards of a 5-star hotel. The interior and amenities fell short of what was described in the booking details, which was disappointing.
I kindly suggest that management address these areas to ensure consistency. I hope future stays will be even better and fully align with your renowned 5-star reputation.

It was really extremely nice & comfortable stay for 3 nights at the hotel. All the staffs were cordial. Rooms were big & with beautiful view of the valley with kanchanjungha. Onlyslight issue i faced is with the sleepery flooring of the bathrooms. Once they get wet it becomes really nasty. Urge the authorities to take notice & do the needfull. Breakfast spread was in plenty & tasteful.

We didn't think finding a stay close to our budget so close to the Mall was even possible. Muscatel Nirvana is an ace of a hotel with truly unobstructed views of the valley and the mountains. The staff is extremely cooperative and facilities speak for its hospitality. The common balcony area is cute. WiFi and geysers work fine. The food, while not being that outstanding, it still manages all the corners. And did I say the Mall is a stone's throw!

My room number is 101 there was a big window from the window we can see that he use conjun jaunga in front of me but the sky was to cloud-but the sky was to cloud when i visited the place so there is no kanchenjunga the room is quite small there was no smart tv. Bed was so comfortable. Bathrooms well maintained but geyser is not working on last day. Hotel manager and staff are good.

风筝爱旅行This hotel has a certain tradition and was opened in 1905. The hotel feels a sense of vicissitudes and history. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. I just arranged a club room for me. It might be a little bit in the mountains. The room had a bit of musty smell, so I switched to the newly built deluxe room at the opposite hotel. Although it was small, it was good. Not so good, the hot water is not stable, wifi is also unstable, which makes me depressed is that Darjeeling to the mobile network is not good. Breakfast is an ordinary Indian breakfast, it’s OK.
