I needed a hotel near the airport because I was transiting through Batam. The pick-up and drop-off service was convenient.
I was late for a massage, but they offered to give it to me, which I appreciated. It was too late, so I didn't get one, but I felt the staff was very attentive.
The room wasn't the best, but you can understand that.
