Excellent

YYB Hady5 star for the price and quality. RM52 equal to 159000 rupiah something like that, pay online. Got WiFi although not advertise. Bapak at counter willing to help carry my bag almost 20kgs. Got soap syampoo and disposable toothbrush tv with local channels. The AC brand aqua own by sanyo, pretty slow although full speed fan has been chosen. Took 1 hour to cooled myself. Mattress comfort pillow comfort. I want to upload video but this app can upload photo only.

AAZHLW9 VATISLZPW76This is our first time as a family to Batam. My choice of hotel is very accurate, the location of the hotel is close to the Batam center ferry. Around the hotel close to restaurants. Customer friendly service. The receptionist & the owner of the hotel are very customer friendly. Reasonable price. The hotel location is close to Batam city center.

Not really suitable for family with young kids or elderly,no elevator 🛗 in the building.the bedsheets,towel, blanket n pillow maybe many decade never re-change.so I'm confused there white colour or brown colour,the air-con really not strong enough,even I set at 18°.awfull smell. Hope the management accept my feedback for better. Maybe can increase the fees,but can provide good quality,so people will happy to stay and come again.semoga ke depannya menjadi lebih baik....
