RrocktheworldThe location was superb! Very clean hostel. Comfortable pillow and bed. Friendly and helpful staff. The hostel was very near to the beach. Really enjoyed the my stay!! Overall I’m a happy guest. I will definitely come back.

GGuest UserVery accessible! Check in hours are flexible and that was amazing for us as we had arrived very late in the evening! Staff are very friendly and the accomodation is safe and secure! This was better than the resort we had stayed in the previous night. Will be coming back here for sure!

TTarik86Florencio Ibiza : With hotels in various cities, Sheraton is known for its comfortable accommodations and welcoming staff. Guests appreciate the friendly and attentive service provided by the hotel's staff members. He arrived a bit late and the stuff from the bar recommended us a great place outside with delicious food.

KKaren IvanoI was surprised by the large spacious room, with a nice terrace, a small table to have a coffee or a wine, clean towels, they cleaned daily, downstairs it had a coffee bar, a large terrace with a view of the street, the waitresses, The girls at the reception were very friendly, the atmosphere was super friendly, what I really liked was the coffee, the best coffee in the bay, foamy, creamy, with a honey flavor, which woke me up directly. Very close to everything, including the bus station, port, church, there was also a market nearby.

HHUIHUAThe room is too rudimentary, the bed is facing the small kitchen, there is a microwave, kettle, pot, bowl fork, there is a bathtub, wifi, the pool is a little small, there are a lot of food nearby, there are many restaurants in the back of the city apartment hotel. There are also Chinese food, fruit shop, fruit is very good, city apartments are more lively

Carolina checked us in, and answered all of our questions - such a great help and very kind too. We also needed help with something and she came to the room promptly! Air con and heating works well in room, and the room is clean and spacious too. Masjid nearby too.
We were checked-out on Friday 26th April with heartwarming farewells by Yasmina and Jessica, we couldn't be happier with our stay at the hotel thanks to the hospitality, care and friendliness of all the staff we encountered throughout the days. Yasmina gave fantastic suggestions for our time on the Island. She listened well to our needs and we had an enjoyable time chatting about life on the island. I wish all staff well, and please extend our thanks to the staff!

PppwongLocation is near the bus terminal and 3 minutes walk to the promenade where the bars and restaurants are. Room is clean and spacious with clean bedsheets and comfortable bed. Toilets are clean with toiletries and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped. It is a small hostel and provides a cosy ambience. Bring proof of payment for your stay with you as their system got mixed up with another quest's payment records. Overall would recommend this hostel for your stay.
