"I've never stayed in a hotel with such poor service and encountered such awful front desk staff. It was a complete scam. We booked a suite, and upon check-in, the front desk told us a bottle of wine would be delivered to each room, just call for it. However, the front desk number never went through during our stay. When we were about to check out, we went to pick it up and asked about the wine. The receptionist said the card clearly stated it could only be used in the restaurant, which doesn't open until 7 PM. They then quickly checked us out. After checking out, while waiting for our luggage, I looked at the card again. The last line said I could call room service to have it delivered to my room. They had already deceived us. I asked again, and the same receptionist said they had already checked out and no longer owned the room, so they couldn't give us the wine. It turns out the person who checked us out first was actually waiting for us. :)"

"An excellent hotel and one I would happily stay at again. The location is about as good as you could ask for in San Antonio. It’s close enough to comfortably walk to Café Mambo, Café del Mar, the Egg and the main nightlife, but just far enough away that you avoid the noise and crowds. For me, it struck the perfect balance. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, and the pool area is fantastic for relaxing during the day. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice and everything fresh and well presented. The staff were friendly and the hotel was consistently clean throughout my stay. Honestly, I struggle to find anything to complain about. Everything was exactly as expected, and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great base in San Antonio."

The hotel is in a great location with bars ,restaurants,supermarkets ,beach and Marina very close by ,other reviews have mentioned some road noise but you are going to get that in such a good central location . Apartments are well equipped and comfortable and clean, I don’t think I’ve slept better on other holidays. The rooftop pool and terrace are a great chill out area with shade and comfortable loungers. We booked direct with the hotel and are already looking to book next year, the hotel and resort ticks so many boxes for a relaxing stay."
