"Correct installations. The room is very complete. It even had a small kitchen with a microwave and cutlery. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows, as they were very thin and not very comfortable. I also didn't like the fact that we had just arrived from the trip and sat at a table by the pool to eat the breakfast that we had prepared at home for the trip and one of the employees told us that we couldn't consume anything that wasn't theirs. . We had intended to order the drink and he still told us that it couldn't be done, so we decided to leave. Super friendly and helpful reception staff. The cleaning girl is super attentive and friendly. In general everything was good except the time of breakfast."

"I stayed at the hotel for just one night, arriving too late to check in. I always try the first night like this, and if I like it, I continue my vacation there; if not, I book another hotel. The room was tiny, the smallest room I've stayed in anywhere in the world during the year and a half I've been traveling in Europe. But it said it was 12 square meters. The bed was wedged into the wall on three sides. Upon entering, I could smell a strong, rather unpleasant bathroom smell. When I showered, huge cockroaches appeared on the sink counter. I killed them and flushed them down the toilet. I have a real phobia of that insect. Never in my year and a half of traveling and staying at various hotels, and in no 4-star hotel in the world, had I experienced anything like this. It was almost 2 a.m. In the morning, I reported it to the front desk, and the person there responded that it's normal in Spain. That I should get used to finding them. I'd like to clarify that I lived in Barcelona for two years a while back and traveled around Spain since I was a child, and I'd never experienced this in a hotel or in my student apartment. I don't consider that response acceptable. The hotel sent me an email explaining that they have a company that audits the cleaning service. I think they should do a thorough fumigation in addition to cleaning. It's not good, it's not normal for those insects to exist. It's a basic hygiene issue. And even more so in a hotel of a certain category or price. One issue that encourages insects is the wainscoting in the bedroom and bathroom. I checked out after the reception response and went to another hotel in Playa d'en Bossa to spend the rest of my stay, paying much less, with an ocean view and no insects on vacation."

"Already back from our stay, I have to say how satisfied I was with our experience!!! Juan Luca, the owner of the establishment, is a sweetheart and his team is just as much! I laughed when I arrived and cried when I left because everything was magical :) Whether it was from the truly complete and fantastic breakfast, to the sunny cocktails and music by the pool and our clean and functional room, the wise advice and this very well-measured humor, we were like taken to paradise! In the ultra center, a few minutes from the sea and the entertainment, it was a great time! We will be back soon!!! Benjamin and Marcus :)))＜3"

He gave me great recommendations for walking around town and restaurants, and I had some great memories. Also, when I informed them that I would not be able to eat the breakfast I had booked because I was leaving early on the check-out day, I was very impressed that they prepared bread and drinks like a lunch box when I checked out."

"I absolutely love this Hotel, I've stayed here a number of times in around 10 years, Miki and Sofia are fantastic hosts, they are so warm and friendly. The hotel can't be faulted, it has a fantastic relaxed atmosphere, the rooms are excellent and the breakfast is brilliant. It's situated in a great area, all you need for a great holiday, beaches, restaurants, bars and shops etc are all in easily reachable distance. I always have a fantastic stay at M Hotel."

"Apartment with generous areas, with an excellent leisure space right in front of the beach, fantastic views over the sea and the city. Friendly and professional staff. I didn't like the cleaning very much; it wasn't done as it should have been, only a quick cleaning is done. The soundproofing is terrible; you can hear a lot of noise from the other rooms and the hallway, especially the passage with the suitcases. The maintenance of the facilities also leaves something to be desired; the floors and woodwork are very damaged. It's noticeable that a large part of the guests are young people who see the place as a place to go to parties, which sometimes brings the party into the room in the middle of the night. But it doesn't seem like anything can be done about that."
