We checked out a little late and it was ok. The guy at the front desk also helped with the luggage. The price for staying in the off-season was very affordable. There was a TV inside and you could project the screen. It was just that the soundproofing in the room was a little poor. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Shaoguan!

When we arrived at the address given by City Comfort Inn we’re stunned to find the place an abandoned building. For a minute we thought we’re victims of a hotel scam. But a call to the hotel quickly sorted out the actual location which was just a little down the road. The hotel seemed to be newly renovated with clean rooms and well maintained facilities. However what we loved most was the location of the hotel. It was practically next door to the Shaoguan East Railway station & the bus station. From here we easily caught a bus to Danxia Mountain. At night we enjoyed walking to and along the FengDu Lu BuXingJie for our dinner. The next morning it was a breeze making our way to the Shaoguan Railway Station to take our train back to Guangzhou City Comfort Inn fitted naturally and perfectly into our itinerary!
