Great
GGuest UserThis hotel is beautiful inside and outside and located in a fantastic spot. Not far from a lot of things to do in St. Albert. and Edmonton ( when they all reopen. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and was greeted by Andrea and her trainee at the front desk. So friendly and inviting, was very knowledgeable of the area and explained all hotel amenities available to us during our stay. Room was clean and I noticed that the towels were sanitized and hand sanitizer was available throughout the hotel. Thank you so much for all you are doing to keep everyone safe! We will be back when the ******s are open again and we have our next date night!
若若水It’s okay to have breakfast for a day, because we stayed for a few days, and basically didn’t eat anything in the last few days. Every day, almost the same, the so-called porridge is cooked in miscellaneous grains, super gluttonous, and there is no pickles, in short, breakfast is not How to eat delicious, the key is still not worthy of our Chinese appetite. The room can't be used for an extra bed, the room is OK, there is a free parking lot.
JJase CWe had a lovely stay. They’ve set up the room as per request. There was a reasonably sized gym for working out, a jacuzzi and a swimming pool. We tried having dinner and the food was awesome, the ambience was just perfect. Even the breakfast was great, with lots of choices. To improve further maybe add more washroom kits, like toothbrush and toothpaste and extra towels. Please extend breakfast until 10am on weekdays for those who wake up late, and a lifeguard for the pool if there are kids around.
RRonald DudleyIt was just a trouble free, comfortable stay with front desk staff that were helpful, flexible and friendly. Great sleep on a good bed with good pillows and *extra treat*: sheets and blankets, not a comforter, which is always my preference. I find with comforters it's hard to regulate temperature because for the most part, they don't breathe at all, so I'll take blankets and sheets, any day. Slept like a baby.
AAnonymous UserGood location for a short walk to Rogers. Parking was well lit and there was easy access to the building from there. Staff was friendly and accommodating, even delivered first aid supplies to the room late in the evening!
GGuest UserClean, the room is big, the guy at the front desk is very nice, I was waiting for a friend, I forgot my room card, and he was very patient in solving the problem, like 👍
GGuest UserThis was a convenient place for us to stay, close to our niece for a visit. The staff were very nice, welcoming and friendly. However, the Inn is very old and it shows. It needs fresh carpets, paint and although the lady preparing the free breakfast was wonderful, the facilities and variety of food was very poor. It was set up in what appeared to be a converted hotel room on the 3rd floor, so not very roomy for the number of guests attending. There was pancakes, toast, boiled eggs, some yogurt and fruit and coffee. We didn't bother, especially as there was a lineup out into the hallway.
JJun-jun0424You get what you paid for. If you are looking for a very affordable place to stay and your only concern is your budget then this is your go to place in Edmonton area. Location wise, it is in an odd place and there aren't shops close to this location so you'll have to go out and drive if you need to buy something. With regards to service, they went above and beyond my requests and are super friendly and welcoming. I requested for a portable heater because they have no way to adjust the heat temp in each room (it's centralized) and they offered me this option for free. Their TVs are smart TV and I'm super amazed because you don't get this in bigger 3 star hotels where you pay almost double the price of what you pay here! You will just have to request in the front desk for the TV's remote control if you want to use the smart tv features like logging in on your streaming apps or casting/mirroring videos from your phone or tablets to the TV's screen..
Ssai suhas kumar peddakurmaThe hotel was decent and good for the price. The room was clean and neat. Loved the stay. It is very close to grocery store and restaurants.
