Really happy with our stay and we really enjoy coming back here again and again. My husband and I are amazed with the staff and their friendliness. The tall man at the front desk I think his name is Mark is the nicest person you will meet in a hotel. He goes out of his way to say hi and make sure we are enjoying our stay. We had a bad night a few weeks ago with noise from kids and elevator not working. It was Mark who listened to us complain and assured us they would make it right and yes they have. We are also delighted by Grant the manager who is willing to say hi and even asking how we are doing. We leave a review to want everyone to know this hotel is amazing and has improved since two years ago.

Hotel has a great positive athmosphere from the lobby to the rooms. Maria at the Front Desk is a Superstar!!! Sherene and Meagan too both hospitable and professional. Lots of kids in the pool, I heard there was a national volleyball tournament in the area. I will definitely come back!!! - MJLC

It takes about 20 minutes by Uber from Edmonton Airport. It cost about 33 bucks. There is also a Korean restaurant nearby... It is not a walkable distance. All schedules were handled by Uber. The sound of the air conditioner in the room… . It's so big... I turned it off when I went to sleep.

There is no thermos in the room and the restaurant does not provide 24-hour hot drinks. Since you are carrying a child and need hot water, you can only use a coffee machine to boil hot water, or use a microwave to heat the water. No coin laundry. The swimming pool is small. Staff were friendly, check in was great. First night was good/decent got back after the cleaners were there. Our “clean” blankets were gross, stained, lint balls, gross. I have pictures, there was also a gross Kleenex rag left on my bed by the cleaners that had a gross brown mucus ball in it. Will never go back, my normal hotel in the area was all booked up.
