We had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel looks so chic and the staff are very friendly. You can ask them to borrow a lock for the locker in the room. They provide hairdryer, handsoap, hair shampoo and shower gel as well. My only complaint is that the kitchen is open from 9am-11pm. We normally wake up at 6-7am to have breakfast so this is a bit inconvenient. The area is also quite safe at night. Highly recommend!

Overall, the stay was not too bad. If not for some inconveniences, I would have rated this hostel better. First, the nearest Metro exit was under renovation. As a result, I need to detour quite a fair bit to get into the Metro station. It is ok without luggage, but with luggage, it is much more challenging with cobblestone road. Second, this is the first hostel which I paid for twin room and was not provided with towel. While my app stated that the towel is included, the receptionist told me that I need to pay to rent the towel. A bit disappointed. Thankfully, I have my own beach towel.

I did a late check-in. The reception is open 24 hours so I was able to check in with peace of mind. It was hard to work at night so as not to disturb other guests. There are no curtains for the beds. There is a bathroom and toilet in one room.

I stayed in an economy single room. It's within walking distance of the city center. There is a sign, so the hotel is easy to find. The room was reasonably clean. There is no bathtub in the bathroom. There is a hair dryer. There was what appeared to be heating equipment, although we didn't use it as it was late September. There is no air conditioning. There is an electric fan. The room key is a card key, which you keep with you when you go out. The front desk staff were friendly. There was a vending machine for snacks and drinks on the front floor.

The hotel is Situated in a central part of the city, close to public transportation, landmarks, restaurants and shops. The room and common areas were decent and tidy. My room No 3 was medium size. Mattress a bit hard but ok. The room was clean and equipped with toiletries such as soap, shampoo and conditioner. Also hair dryer, lock and towels are available. There are no water bottles provided. Good value for money so I would recommend this hotel..

I highly recommend this small hotel in Brussels. And I would like to thank Monique, the receptionist, for her homely welcome and efficiency. She is a perfect hospitality expert and a nice personality. The place is impeccably clean: the linen, towels, bathroom, public areas. There is a nice catering area and a pretty small yard. The location is very convenient. I am definitely going to stay at this hotel on my future visits.

Excellent hotel for a 2-star. It's clear it's been renovated. The service was excellent (one of the staff even spoke some Spanish). The room was small but very warm, and since it was just for sleeping, I thought it was perfect. The bathroom was very nice with shower gel/shampoo, towels, and a hairdryer. The breakfast buffet was very complete with everything you could need and delicious too. (Photos attached) and for the price, it was the best I found that included breakfast. The location is good, 15-20 minutes from the city center (we walked), with the Estació del Nord train station 5 minutes away, bus stops 2 minutes away, and the metro station (Rogier) also nearby (although it's hidden and you enter through a building). I will recommend it to anyone who asks. Oh, and they have free luggage storage (we left our bags for 6 hours). Don't be fooled by the star rating because it surprised me. Thank you for everything.

The hotel is not big, walk down the slope out of the central station, just around the square. Although it is a few hundred meters away from the station, the old city is paved with small pieces of gravel and bricks. There is a small slope to climb back to the Central Station. It will be difficult for girls to carry a 24-inch suitcase. The hotel has no elevator, the room is not big, there is a small safe, the front desk brother will solve the problem, but it is not very enthusiastic, maybe it is the style over there

Location is good, walking distance to Lidl supermarket, the reception is nice and polite. The cleaning lady is very kind and professional. Will come back again if I go to Brussels
