Not bad. But I’m really disappointed about the room space, first I thought the room size was big but hmmm nevermind. Then, my request not as my expected. I already told and request for street view but my view just looking to food court only. One more thing, I really disappointed abt the lift bcs I can’t use it bcs of maintenance and I need to climbing up the stairs and bring my whole things. That’s only. Thankyou.

The fire alarm in block A of Roxy hotel was triggered on at early morning of 10 May @ 4.40a.m. The staff on duty were unable to switch it off until after 6 a.m. The loud noice disturbed the sleep of most occupants for almost 2 hours. No effort to remedies, no explanation and no apologies were given from the hotel.

It is a decent room for the price I paid for. Staff was very helpful for information needed. Room wise is above average.

The rooms are located in two different blocks. Block B has no lift & it's difficult to bring the bags up. The security access to the rooms are not armed. Anybody can gain access to all the rooms. One feel very vulnerable. They could do with some new beddings.

Acceptable on room condition. Could be better. Good location.

Nice place to stay. Recommended if you bring kids.

The location is good. There is a food court downstairs, but it is noisy at night. There is a Li Baba Market in front, which is convenient for shopping. There is also the local satay noodle king, which is a must-try.

Decent for short stay. Staffs friendly & helpful. Clean & Tidy
