Best Spring Hill Hotels

"The hotel claimed to be close to the central station, but it's actually about a 10-minute walk, and you have to go up a steep hill, which isn't ideal if you have luggage. The room facilities are basic, with a kettle and a coffee machine. The bathroom is a bit small, and the shower water tends to leak out, so you need to be careful not to slip. The main elevator door downstairs seems to close around 8:00 PM, so guests returning later have to use the stairs, which is inconvenient if you're carrying bags. There's an underground parking lot, which is good for those traveling by car."

"Great location! The free breakfast was lovely (including pancakes and banana bread as it was a Sunday). So delicious. The kitchen at dinner time was SO busy. We couldn’t cook so had to go out to eat instead. The common areas were always packed. But nice Staff and very modern bathrooms."

"We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill. The reception team was incredibly helpful — whatever question or issue we had, they sorted it out quickly. The self-service laundry made things easy for our sightseeing trip. A special thanks to Assistant Manager Alex at the front desk; he was friendly, professional, and solved several issues for us during check-in. Highly recommend for a hassle-free stay. "Fantastic everything! Really enjoyed a dip in the pool and appreciated the difference in check in and out times compared to other places. Oh and had a lovely upgrade when we checked in too. 10/10 would recommend"

"Best thing about this hotel is its location. Amenities are ok, they will provide dental kits and other amenities on request but not by default Room is clean, with all the assessories. Breakfast is ok, not too many options especially if you are on a long business trip for 6 days, and only have egg, bacon, sausage to cycle around."

"I stayed for three days and ordered Eggs Benedict for two consecutive mornings; the breakfast was quite good, with a variety of breads, fruits, and salads. The room was a bit cramped for three people. The hotel itself was very clean, and they came to tidy up and change towels every day. However, going up and down the hill daily was a bit tiring. After two days, I discovered a shortcut: if you turn left from the train station, there's a small path with an elevator that takes you directly up the slope. Cross the road, and you're at the hotel. This was especially helpful with luggage, much easier than climbing the hill."

"The room and public spaces were clean, which was great! It was also convenient to have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer provided. However, the walls seem a bit thin, as I could hear outside noise and sounds from the hallway. If you're sensitive to noise, I'd recommend requesting a quiet room. Also, the walk from the station is uphill, so it can be a bit challenging if you have a lot of luggage."

"Huge shout out to Eden for being so welcoming despite my late check-in at 11pm! She was super nice and as a first timer in Brisbane recommended me some cool areas to visit given my limited time to spend in the city. Only issue I had is the double facing mirrors in the bathroom, I mean it definitely doesn’t suit everyone’s taste. I originally booked the hotel for the old rustic vibe and it definitely matched my expectations! Oh and the lift in the middle of the hotel is definitely one worth the experience and stay itself."

"Super standard aparthotel located close to Central Station. Free luggage storage was helpful. There's a cafe downstairs but looking just okay.  I only stayed one night but somehow they put ten black tea bags and ten coffee bags in my room ... I took it as the hotel's generosity "

"The apartelle's pin on the google map is across the street. Drivers always park across the street. The property is located about 20 mins away from the city center. There's a restaurant on the ground floor that offers breakfast, lunch & dinner. The apartelle provides toiletries & coffee. Towels & other toiletries are available for self service refill at the lobby area."
