The bedding is not comfortable, and there is no door of the bathroom! It is quite embarrassing if you are travel with companion! But the nice view and breakfast! Need to take shuttle to the hotel from train station! A bit far than our expectation!

I had very unpleasant experience in this hotel 1) too far away from train station, no pick up or drop off service, do NOT choose if you come to Spiez by train with luggage 2) there is NO interior lock, makes me feel feeling unsafe, and the staff did not feel sorry at all about the complain 3) there is no door for shower room, the water just flood to the whole washroom While it has air conditioners, beautiful view in breakfast area and new facilities, the attitude of some staff is quite cold and not that willing to offer help. I will not choose this hotel any more.

Spiez is definitely a must go city!! The hotel was great and they served welcoming cake and coffee for free. Great view for both the room and the restaurants. Yet only that it took sometime to walk to the HB.

Service is perfect in the hotel, the view from the hotel balcony is superb. The hotel has hot indoor and outdoor swimming pool which is very nice. Room service quality is very nice.

The room is not very big but very clean. The TV signal and internet are a bit bad, and the soundproofing is average. However, the hotel facilities are very good. The breakfast area has a beautiful view. You can go to the swimming pool and outdoor sauna during the day. There is free afternoon tea in the afternoon. It is also close to the pier.

The window seat near the lake was empty. The blonde woman in charge of the restaurant did not let me sit and asked us to sit in the other room, saying that that was the place to eat breakfast, but I clearly saw white people sitting there to eat. I wanted to argue because I was pregnant and didn't want to get angry. It's a terrible hotel. Don't come and don't book here.

The overall facilities are relatively new. The service is thoughtful. You can see the lake view. The weather was not good on the day we went there, but it was beautiful after it cleared up the next day. Going to Switzerland to see the scenery requires the cooperation of the weather. The town of Spiez is very chill and suitable for strolling around

The room is large, and you can see Lake Thun from the balcony. You can drink coffee and eat cake for free in the cafe before 5 o'clock. It is suitable for lying down and staring at the lake. The breakfast is also good, and the attitude of the staff is also very good~

There is no bellboy, no one to help with luggage, and parking is charged! The bedding is very poor, the mattress collapsed, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep! The hotel has a sauna, but there is a particularly disgusting rule, that is, you must be naked to enter the sauna area. There are white old men and women bathing together, which is quite uncomfortable. If you wear swimming trunks and swimsuits to enter, the old ladies inside will report you, which is not reasonable!
