The hotel far exceeded my expectations. The free hotel shuttle is available, but you need to call the hotel for pickup at the airport.
The room was spacious, brightly lit, and relatively quiet on the fourth floor. The air conditioner cools quickly, although it's a bit noisy. The shower's warm water comes on fast.
Overall cleanliness was not bad, though there were some stains and a long hair on the towel. The bedding was very comfortable, and I had a good rest.

The overall feeling is an upgraded version of the hotel. The room is not too big and quiet, the quality of the toiletries is not good, can be checked in but can not take the key immediately, you can park for free, the breakfast is not simple, there is no vegetables.    There are a lot of hotels around, if you are not considering breakfast, the same price choice is still quite a lot. In fact, there is not much money.

I booked this hotel from 4-7 July to have a resting place after a long day in universal studio. We took a LYNX bus 42 from MCO airport, 45mins to 1hour and walk around 15 minutes to hotel.

The hotel provide a free shuttle bus(20 seater bus) to go to universal studio Orlando at 8.25am(only one timing and will go to other nearby hotels to pick up passengers) and pick up at 6pm(only one timing) from universal studio. I highly suggest to wait at the hotel entrance 10-15 mins before the pick up timing to get seats. No  advance reservation needed. 

Uber less than 10USD back to hotel. 

We got room 313. Two queen beds, bed is comfy and enough pillows. Enough clothing racks/hanger. Only mini fridge is available in the room. No water kettle. Microwave only available at the front desk 

Cleanliness was good, from the bedroom to the bathroom. Bathroom amenities are only shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. 

Housekeeping is done daily. 

Breakfast is from 6am to 10am, only hard boiled egg, cereals, milk, yoghurt, apple juice, orange juice, bagels, jams, cream cheese, and oatmeal. 

Free coffee, tea, and hot water 24 hours. 

Hotel location is pretty far from all attractions. Need to drive or take uber to go to malls and attractions 
Universal studio 45mins walk from hotel

Our room was under the name ****** ******, Booking no. ****************, PIN：**** 
We rented two rooms for the night one was under the name ****** *****, Booking no. **************** PIN：**** .In that room all was well.  We checked in early, but did not stay in our room.  We didn't get back until late evening about 11PM.  We were very tired and went right to bed because we had to leave early the nest morning to go to the Kennedy Space Center. The room was warm, but we didn't think much of it. We adjusted the t-stat on the air conditioner hoping this would solve the problem.  We noticed that very little air flow was coming from the a/c even though the fan was set to cool and high speed.  The room didn't get any cooler and we spent a terrible night with little sleep.  We told the desk clerk about the issue and was told they couldn't compensate us before we wrote a review.  We're asking for a full refund of the room of $99.19. When a room is cleaned it should be the duty of the cleaner to make sure the a/c is in good working order and ready for occupancy.. Thank you for your assistance.

It was an excellent place. Bright, clean, cheerful and spacious. We felt comfortable. And the staff were friendly and responsive.

A typical American overnight hotel, you have to remember to bring your own slippers, go to the first floor to get hot water, but not necessarily very hot, the microwave oven is also on the first floor. At the time of check-in, the front desk asked for a credit card to deposit 75 knives. After the online payment was checked out, it has not been returned. I don't know when to return it?

Waiting for check-in at the front desk, the trio of machines made a mockery of it, inexplicable. The front desk after the next day was pretty good. Not far from the hotel is an oversized Chinese supermarket, but there are not many Chinese nearby, how can there be such a large Chinese supermarket?
