The hotel service is exceptionally pleasant. All staff members are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, within walking distance to the Tainan metro. Nearby, there are shopping malls and restaurants. I have sampled all the hotel restaurants, and the flavors are fantastic. It is the top hotel choice for booking in Tainan.

Pros: - huge selection for breakfast! Many with local flavours. Must experience to believe - hotel comes with outdoor swimming pool, indoor jacuzzi, steam room - centrally located. Nearby attractions include Tainan Art Museum, Shinkong Mitsukoshi Department Store, Hayashi Department Store - staff are very polite, proactive and helpful Cons: - no bottled waters provided. Flask provided to get drinking water from water dispensers located on room floor

5pm check in and 11am check out is too short. 6 full hours shorter stay. Basically u check in to sleep and then check out. Can’t enjoy the facilities much. This is suppose to be relaxing vacation spot. Don’t understand why they need so long to clean up the rooms. Front counter very strict with 11am check out. It’s muddy water and not mud. As the location is middle of nowhere and the short stay hour, you are force to eat in the resort. The front counter will push you their set menu for 2 at TWD1380. Swimming costume are a must to go to their public pool. So again you are forced to buy their ugly swimming costume at exorbitant price of TWD1080.

Second time staying at Silk Place Tainan, the service is good as usual, just that there isn’t much local food around the hotel

I stayed in this hotel in this April, which is a wonderful experience. Thus, I brought my family (total 4) to stay in this hotel again. Unfortunately, the experience of this time is not pleasant. First of all, as i m the IHG member, I am entitled to have welcome drink. Last time, we can drink in the lobby lounge, but this time, the waitress declined us to take the drink at the lounge and requested us to take away the drinks. Whats ridiculous?! The welcome drink is offered by the hotel, but i m not wrlcome to drink at the lounge. Secondly, the cleaning service is not pleasant, two cups in my room have not been cleaned. Thirdly, the food serving of beef soup is very unsatisfactory. I don't understand why I requested to have more soup and got a black face from the chef. I spent over US$600 for two nights, but seems not be welcomed from the lounge nor restaurant. I would not recommend others to stay in this luxury but not welcome hotel

Great for family with kids, night market are walking distance, so does the Tree House! Hotel itself has indoor playground and outdoor sand pit, and rock climbing facilities! From Gaoxiong it is easy ride , 39 mins express train and 23-25 mins uber ride!! Easy kill a 2 days there with easy access from a Gaoxiong!Small more layback vibe , and with all the historical ruins!Defiantly worth to check out! Front desk gets over crowed if you end up with big group check in or out ! Our family had a great time,we had the 1 hour cruise trip,Anping old street,night market,and fort in our belt in our 2 days stay, and lots of rock climbing and sand pit, indoor pit ball!!

Taiwan Tang Evergreen Hotel is the best accommodation choice for tourists when traveling to the Eastern District. It has a family-friendly style and provides a variety of facilities and services, making it a very good accommodation experience. The ice machine is so refreshing on a hot day.

This is the fourth time I have stayed in this hotel. I really like it. It is about 150 meters away from Baoya, Quanlian and FamilyMart. It is very convenient. There is currently no toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Guests staying here should remember to bring their own. , if you forget, you can also buy it at Baoya or Quanlian. The only drawback is that the breakfast is very ordinary. When there was a buffet breakfast in the past, it was really perfect! !

The stay in this hotel was very pleasant. The front desk staff was warm and attentive, and the check-in process was quick. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete. I especially liked the beautiful view from the balcony, where you can enjoy the sunshine and fresh air in the morning. The hotel is conveniently located, close to Anping Old Street, and there are many dining and shopping options around. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again next time!
