Great location！ Close to Tainan Station.
We had a great deal, USD100 per night including breakfast for two. We booked a double room but I believe we were updated to a family room when we checked in. The room was reasonabally spacious and fairly clean apart from a glass print found on one of the sidetables.
Breakfast had a wide selection of *********, Japanese and Western cuisines.

It very convenient for location & reliable address. It besides ****** if not with children, so we are okay. There also have car park but 40twd charges but we don't have car so we just skip it. The location from train station was mostly near like 15 minu.
When we there was no room for 3 ppl so they just give us 4 ppl room. It so comfortable & relaxing as there have long bathroom. However there was no aircon 11am - 1 pm

Wonderful experience here. The shower facility is also good. The breakfast at the hotel is very fruitful too. It provides various food including Chinese, *********, Japanese, Thai and western food.
In general, it’s an extraordinary experience and would be put on my list for another stay again.

A family oriented hotel so solo travelers might felt a bit ignored. Adding a coffee machine at the lobby would be very helpful.
They follow Japanese check in check out hours and also quite strict about it… I think that’s the biggest downside of the hotel. You will have to wait exactly after 3pm for the room and out in 11 even they are not full.
Otherwise the room and location is good, would recommend.

YYapJunHad a very memorable stay at Lakeshore. Hotel was comfy and decent size. Location is very good. Easily accessible to all the touristy spots. Right opposite the hotel has plenty of beautiful photo spots too. Booked the hotel for our pre-wedding photoshoot and even the local photographer commended on the room and location. Love it. Buffet breakfast was also decent with wide variety of choices.

少少林華I stayed in this hotel in this April, which is a wonderful experience. Thus, I brought my family (total 4) to stay in this hotel again. Unfortunately, the experience of this time is not pleasant.
First of all, as i m the IHG member, I am entitled to have welcome drink. Last time, we can drink in the lobby lounge, but this time, the waitress declined us to take the drink at the lounge and requested us to take away the drinks. Whats ridiculous?! The welcome drink is offered by the hotel, but i m not wrlcome to drink at the lounge.
Secondly, the cleaning service is not pleasant, two cups in my room have not been cleaned.
Thirdly, the food serving of beef soup is very unsatisfactory. I don't understand why I requested to have more soup and got a black face from the chef.
I spent over US$600 for two nights, but seems not be welcomed from the lounge nor restaurant. I would not recommend others to stay in this luxury but not welcome hotel

The bathroom is small but comes with a bath tub. No hair dryer and no safe in the room. Surprisingly the room key is still old style. The check out time is 11 am. I stayed extra 4 hours from 11 am to 3 pm and I was charged $NT 1130.

CCuipingThis time I stayed in a standard quadruple room. The room was as large as the space displayed in the photos of the website. The toilet was also very large. There was also a bathtub for children to play with water. The shower head was water pressure enough and the water temperature was stable. The cleanliness of the room is also as clean and odorless as netizens say. As for sound insulation, we lived on the 7th floor and did not encounter problems with poor sound insulation.
There are water dispensers, coffee machines, tables, chairs, and sofas in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel. It is convenient to have dinner with friends when you come back from outside. The parking lot is very close and the nearby life function is convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is on a bus route between the Tainan Railway Station and Fort Zeelandia. It occupies several floors of a building with plenty of eateries around. The room is clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. It serves a ********* breakfast buffet, including traditonal congee and buns, that may not suit the palate of some westerners. Personally,I pefer some western dishes like fried eggs and bacon. The staff is efficient and courteous in answering my enquiries about the public transport. In any event, I will consider staying in this hotel again.
