I signed non smoking policy at check in time. Unfortunately, we were woke up by smoking smell consecutive nights at our stay. I called front desk and did nothing.
Breakfast is lousy. It closes at 10am; and most of the dishes are empty. I am so disappointed.

I rented a hotel with my family a long time ago and always liked it. Now I rented it with my boyfriend. The quality is still perfect and the stay is very comfortable. I chose a room with a bathtub, but the surprising thing is not the bathtub. The design has been very special, but the back balcony that can be seen from the bathroom is so beautiful and comfortable, and the boss is very nice~ The service is also very popular! I hope I can try the boss’s other two restaurants if I have the chance!

Stayed in the family room for a night. Hotel is slightly dated but it is still fairly well kept. Room is very spacious and comfortable. There is a large gym with a variety of machines. Breakfast buffet selection was decent.

The location is fairly good, the hotel itself is clean and new. The breakfast selection is huge too. Travel with my one year old, hotel provided crib and baby shampoo + lotion. However they do not provide sterilizer （消毒鍋）for baby bottles. Overall it was a good experience, staffs are all very friendly as well. Convenient store and mall are all within 5mins walking distance.

Hotel and building was a little dated. Our room was overly basic in a state or repair. There was a terrible mould smell in the room which we did not like. The bathroom was nice and clean though. The location was pretty good too. Not too far from the station, close to the night market, and close to subways and bus routes. Definitely wouldn’t stay again and would look at paying a little more for a nicer hotel.

Service was amazing, staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices are pretty good with letting you choose either a Western or Chinese style buffet breakfast. Room is clean and with a nice view of Tainan City (was on 12th floor).

A family oriented hotel so solo travelers might felt a bit ignored. Adding a coffee machine at the lobby would be very helpful.
They follow Japanese check in check out hours and also quite strict about it… I think that’s the biggest downside of the hotel. You will have to wait exactly after 3pm for the room and out in 11 even they are not full.
Otherwise the room and location is good, would recommend.

少少林華I stayed in this hotel in this April, which is a wonderful experience. Thus, I brought my family (total 4) to stay in this hotel again. Unfortunately, the experience of this time is not pleasant.
First of all, as i m the IHG member, I am entitled to have welcome drink. Last time, we can drink in the lobby lounge, but this time, the waitress declined us to take the drink at the lounge and requested us to take away the drinks. Whats ridiculous?! The welcome drink is offered by the hotel, but i m not wrlcome to drink at the lounge.
Secondly, the cleaning service is not pleasant, two cups in my room have not been cleaned.
Thirdly, the food serving of beef soup is very unsatisfactory. I don't understand why I requested to have more soup and got a black face from the chef.
I spent over US$600 for two nights, but seems not be welcomed from the lounge nor restaurant. I would not recommend others to stay in this luxury but not welcome hotel

MMarianI didn't realise it's a love motel which only allows check in late at night, but besides that fact, my overall stay was enjoyable. The room was huge, and had lots of amenities, like a sauna room and a large bathtub. Lots of cable channels on TV and a range of complimentary in room snacks, drinks and instant noodles. The biggest surprise for me was that the breakfast was from McDonald's, one of my favourite breakfasts in the world.
Location wise, I didn't think there was much in the area but I had to be in yanshui and hence stayed here. The room was also slightly cold as I could not seem to adjust the temperature.

The gym is small and has the bare minimum equipment. However, it is sufficient for us since we did not manage to use the gym facilities (mostly exploring the area instead).

The room itself was fine, though it felt a bit outdated, particularly the bathroom, which was noticeably old, except for the modern heated toilet. While functional, the overall atmosphere of the hotel didn’t feel particularly pleasant or inviting. It served its purpose, but I wouldn’t describe it as a comfortable or memorable place to stay.

Why should I spend 2700 to find guilt? ? ? ? ? I feel inexplicable, and Tainan is really hot in summer. The room temperature is high and an electric fan is really not cool. Now it is hot at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night and I can't sleep. It will really be angry.

There is a feeling of going to the island vacation. In addition to the room, there are many friendship facilities on each floor. Let everyone sit outside except in the room. The bed was clean, the air-conditioning was cold, and I slept well in the month. Finally, if I have the opportunity to eat the restaurant, the dishes are really good. CCuipingThis time I stayed in a standard quadruple room. The room was as large as the space displayed in the photos of the website. The toilet was also very large. There was also a bathtub for children to play with water. The shower head was water pressure enough and the water temperature was stable. The cleanliness of the room is also as clean and odorless as netizens say. As for sound insulation, we lived on the 7th floor and did not encounter problems with poor sound insulation.
There are water dispensers, coffee machines, tables, chairs, and sofas in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel. It is convenient to have dinner with friends when you come back from outside. The parking lot is very close and the nearby life function is convenient.
Trip.com After booking, we have a plus hotel Line. It is very convenient to contact directly if you have any questions before check-in. If there is any problem during the stay, the counter staff will kindly reply. A very warm hotel, and I will want to live in Tainan next time.

1. Near Taitung Station, it takes about 15 minutes to carry your luggage.
2. It is under renovation and the facilities are slowly being updated. Although the hotel is in an old house, the toilet water supply and flushing system are not like that of an old house. It feels like it has been renovated, and there is also a flush toilet!
3. The TV has free movies and YouTube to watch!
4. There is a machine for self-service check-in and check-out.
shortcoming:
1. We arrived at the hotel relatively late and needed self-check-in at night. We had already searched for the hotel through trip.com, facebook, ig and the phone number and line on ig, but we couldn't contact the hotel! ! ! Because the hotel is being renovated, it is no longer called Jin Hui Travel. The contact information found online for Jin Hui Travel is old! !
2. Even though we could not contact the hotel, we still arrived at the hotel. We had to use the phone outside the door to call the emergency contact person to have a chance to provide assistance, but we did not have a Taiwan phone number! In addition to the phone number, the hotel should leave other contact information! ! !
3. The toilet is small and does not separate dry and wet areas, so some cabinets are moldy

GGuest UserThe English style of the staircase reminds me of the perfect combination of British industrial style and Chaplin when I was studying in England. The door opened and the Japanese style of different tastes made me feel super comfortable. The location is very close to the train station, it is very convenient to walk or ride a bike, this is a good choice for accommodation. Will come again next time
