The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. We loved the breakfast spread and the free high-tea from 1pm-5pm.
The gym is small and has the bare minimum equipment. However, it is sufficient for us since we did not manage to use the gym facilities (mostly exploring the area instead).

The location is very good, there is a morning market next to it, you can buy fruit, you can ask the hotel to help ice, the service is very good. But the refrigerator in the room will not be iced. I don't know why I can't find the plug for the bathtub.

The bathroom is very big. The bathtub is 180 cm long and you can lie down on it. It’s super comfortable! The hotel rooms are very clean! And the most amazing thing is that there is a slot machine sparkling water machine available, and parking is convenient. Will definitely stay again if I have the chance

The Hotel location is very strategic, just right opposite the Tainan bus/railway station. The counter staff is also friendly to assist us for checked in and very helpful, carrying our luggage to room, even there’s free snack for us after wrote this review, but its was an really great experience for me as a guest for staying at here. It’s also very good on they allowed us for early checked in at 2:30pm.
For the room part, they are so thoughtful by switch on the air cons in advance for cooling the room first and the room is spacious and very clean as well as toilet too and it’s like just newly renovation/touch up.
Overall, it’s very good experience for me. Keep it up.

The hotel is located near the interchange, there are shops outside, and it is very convenient for dining and shopping.
There is a parking lot 🅿️ Although it is a hotel that has been in business for a long time, the overall decoration from the counter to the room upstairs looks quite new. The room is a bit small. Fully equipped. The service staff is very good and very polite. There is a Chinese and Western breakfast, the dishes are delicious. Recommended 👍

the room is slightly smaller than it looks from the picture provided but its of comfortable size
the hotel provides soap n shampoo thru dispenser though they no long provide one time use bottles.. toothbrush is provided too.. the hotel has bicycle for rent...there is a park juz outside the hotel, abt 5mins out..
i see many reviews abt the hotel breakfast half good half bad.. dun expect wide spread.. porridge, salad bar, cooked food and toast are available... drinks like hot cold tea, coffee, milk are oso provided.. the menu changed slight on the the days we were there but still relatively good.. macdonalds is outside along the road abt 15mins walk.. can take a good walk at the park and head out for breakfast too

GGabrielle TengThe location is great as it is located to the restaurant and bars cluster. The facilities are clean, well equipped and relatively new. My only issue is with the desk staff, they were not friendly to start with, upon arrival (about 12pm) we were told to just park our luggage at a corner, no tags were assigned, no labelling, nothing. Then told to come back to do check-in at 3pm, they cannot any time earlier than that, so we left and came back at 3pm. At this point it was a female staff with bangs that helped us, I showed her the hotel booking email and she said she wants the Trip.com booking app page, I showed her and she said she wants to see the booking ID. I showed her that too and at this point she said ”read it out to me”. The booking ID was on my phone screen and she didn't even bother to see it, and wants me to READ IT ALOUD TO HER. Maybe she's dyslexic? I don't know. Then I added on one extra day of stay which did not reflect on the paper that she asked me to sign so I pointed that out and she double confirmed that it was printed wrongly. Fast forward a few days, all of our access cards were not able to work for our same rooms that we stayed, I assume it is because she did not grant the correct number of days upon check in, which also resulted in some inconvenience going to and fro the room and counter. And that same staff carried the same attitude when renewing the faulty access cards. Every morning the breakfast service staff was rude as well, like I owed her a million dollars or something, ”you which room? you sit here”. One morning she came to me ”how many people in your room? not 2 person?”, I stayed alone in a 3pax family room with no changes at all. I really dread breakfast everyday. When we checked out there was a new crew of desk staff which was much better in terms of attitude and service, it was the weekend team. I had 2 more weeks of stay in Tainan and I moved to another hotel. Overall I will not stay in this hotel ever again, other than the service, everything is great.

This is suppose to be relaxing vacation spot. Don’t understand why they need so long to clean up the rooms. Front counter very strict with 11am check out.
It’s muddy water and not mud. As the location is middle of nowhere and the short stay hour, you are force to eat in the resort. The front counter will push you their set menu for 2 at TWD1380.
Swimming costume are a must to go to their public pool. So again you are forced to buy their ugly swimming costume at exorbitant price of TWD1080.

GGuest UserMy wife and I found the staff here to be especially helpful and conscientious. The room was what you would expect for a hotel in this price range, and it included an electric kettle and some free tea and coffee. The beds and temperature were comfortable, and the room was clean and in good condition, featuring good lighting in general and very good reading lights for night reading. The exercise room was limited to a few stationary bikes and treadmills with no other workout facilities, but it was easy to access and had a nice, big window. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of well-prepared food, plenty of seating (indoors and outdoors), and nice decor. We ate there three times and were always pleased with the food and service. There are plenty of restaurants, banks, and stores near the hotel, and it's about a 10 minute taxi ride from the train station. We highly recommend this place.

AAcaciaHIt’s a very tight space for 4 people and the bed squeaks a lot, I can’t do anything without bothering the roommates. Same type where you have to do your own beddings and take it out after you’re checking out. The dorm door closes quickly on its own and it’s hard to prompt both the fence and door open at the same time!
the washing and drying machine is amazing though! out of everything :)
