The hotel is in a great location, with many places of interest within easy walking distance, which made getting around very convenient. The service staff were consistently friendly, warm, and helpful, and their hospitality really made us feel at home throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety and was quite enjoyable, with good flavors and enough options to start the day well. That said, housekeeping could be more consistent. On one of the days, hair was not cleared from the floor trap, the mug wasn’t washed even though we had rinsed it after use, and the tissue paper was not replenished. These are small details, but they do affect the overall experience and could be improved. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable 4-night stay, and with a bit more attention to housekeeping details, the experience would have been even better.

Overall, it was a fantastic and comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I've stayed here before, and they're great at remembering if it's a birthday or anniversary, always offering a complimentary cake and a card. This time, they even gave me a cute horse-themed doll!

they didnt let me use the infinity pool for thier reason was it was winter? and the watcher was like creepy to get close and tell me not to swim while he let my other collegue

The hotel is located in Tainan's old city, surrounded by numerous historical buildings all within walking distance, including Chihkan Tower, Wumiao Temple, Grand Matsu Temple, Baoan Temple, Tainan Confucius Temple, National Museum of Taiwan Literature, Tainan Art Museum, and many other temples. It's very convenient for travelers interested in history and culture. The National Museum of History and Anping Fort are a bit further out, located in other districts.

The overall stay at the hotel was okay. The room was clean and comfortable enough, but the bed felt a bit small and only one pillow was provided, which was too low for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom also lacked a place to hang pants, which was a little inconvenient.

It allowed me to easily visit places a little further from the city center, significantly expanding my range of activities. During my stay, I cycled to nearby tourist attractions, cafes, and quiet residential areas, experiencing the everyday atmosphere of the area. Being able to easily visit places that were a little farther away on foot and explore the city at my own pace was extremely pleasant and enhanced the enjoyment of my trip. The breakfast also far exceeded my expectations. The buffet offered a wide variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, and each one was carefully prepared. There was a wide variety of fresh vegetables, hot dishes, bread, and desserts, so there was enough variety to keep you from getting bored even if you stayed for several nights. The dishes made with local ingredients were particularly delicious, allowing you to experience the unique flavors of the region and feel a little luxurious from the morning. As mentioned above, the hotel's location, the convenience of bicycle rentals, and the high-quality breakfast all combined to make this stay extremely satisfying. I feel that this is an inn that I can confidently recommend not only to tourists, but also to those who want to spend some relaxing time. I would definitely like to visit again if I have the opportunity.

An absolutely fantastic experience! The accommodation was superb. They offer complimentary drinks and snacks on the ground floor. Every staff member was incredibly friendly! Breakfast was decent. The price was very affordable, offering excellent value for money! I would definitely return. They also have a designated parking lot, and it's free!
