Guest UserA really cool location! We’ve appreciated our stay at Tainan in the 28 Loft. The apartment is clean, trendy and good equipped! The bed was good. For breakfast you can go to the local food court. There’s a Starbucks in walking distance for western breakfast.

Guest UserThe stay experience was great☺️ The staff were very friendly. There was also a large bookcase in the room. It was very comfortable to curl up on the sofa and read a book on a rainy day.

Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos, only a video posted on Instagram.
I stayed in room 204, a double room.
1. If you mind the bed facing the door, please consider this carefully.
(There are back curtains blocking the view.)
2. The mini-fridge is very light; be careful not to move it too much.
3. There are two trash cans: one on the sofa and one next to it in the toilet. I asked if I could flush toilet paper down the toilet, and the guesthouse said the roll-top toilet paper in the bathroom is allowed. The trash cans are small, oval-shaped, as you can see in the picture.
4. If you run out of the roll-top toilet paper, there are supplies in the cabinet under the sink. There's one roll-top and one pull-out roll.
5. The bathroom uses a soft water system; there's a sticker next to the mirror explaining this. It's quite comfortable to shower with. (Mainly explaining that soft water has moisturizing effects and makes the lather richer.)
The hairdryer is great. There's an indoor circulation system next to the sink mirror that you can press, such as ventilation and drying. This is very useful for people who have been experiencing heavy rain these past few days. (By the way, if your shoes get wet, you can tell the front desk you'd like to bring them up to dry.)
The floor mat is on the bathroom shelf, and the bath towels are in the cabinet to the right of the sink.
6. There are one electrical outlet on each side of the bed, two next to the sink, and one next to the refrigerator. You basically won't have a problem with not having enough outlets. If you're tall enough, there are actually three more on the ceiling.
7. Opening the curtains from the bed doesn't offer much of a view; it's just a typical residential window view.
8. There are beer and beverage machines and candy/cookies on the first floor, but I didn't touch them, so I can't comment. I think there's a recreation room on the fourth floor? I didn't go up there either.
9. The elevator is small, a rectangular space.

JOEYW紫月The hotel's design style is great, and the place is very spacious. The room is also large, the bed is comfortable, and the pillows are good. There's an open-plan bathroom with an island sink and a bathtub for soaking. Everything is perfect, the only thing to complain about is the toilet paper – it's too rough and cheap; if you use too much force, your skin will peel off!!!

Overall experience is great, I arrived early and the counter allowed me to keep my luggage before check-in. The only downside is the location towards public transport, you'll have to walk at least 10 minutes to any bus station. The view in front of the building is good for morning/evening walk along the riverside.

The room is huge! As a solo traveler, it can be abit too big haha but I am not complaining.
Breakfast provided is also good with tons of variety. Bed is cozy, bathroom is clean and room comes with a studying desk, a small table and a sofa. Location is good, nearby there is tons of eateries and watsons too. Located opposite an university so going out at night is pretty safe as mostly are all students. Recommend!

The environment was incredibly clean and comfortable. Upon arrival, the staff were very enthusiastic and professional in explaining everything. They also provided free tea bags. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, and it even had a unique Japanese-style tatami window seat.

My husband and I had a delightful one-night stay at Justwin Grand Hotel. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the staff were welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortably appointed with modern decor and high-quality amenities. The hotel’s facilities, including the fitness center and reliable Wi-Fi, were excellent. Breakfast was a highlight, with a diverse buffet and attentive service. The location was convenient, close to attractions and dining options. Overall, the hotel offered a great experience, and I would consider staying here again for a longer visit.

Staying for one night during a long weekend for $1,800 is indeed a pretty good deal for a business hotel. This time I stayed in room 208. The main pros are that it's clean and the shower head provides really hot water.
But!!! The bathroom doesn't have a separate wet and dry area (understandable, as shown in the picture).
Even when I tried to squeeze into a 90-degree corner to shower, the drain couldn't cope at all. Water would accumulate significantly before finally draining into the hole under the sink. Luckily, the bath mat hadn't been put down yet, otherwise it would have been soaked.
The sink counter is also very short, so water splashes out when you brush your teeth or wash your face, no matter how awkwardly you try to wash up.
Next, the mini-fridge had a strong sour smell when opened. It looked clean inside, but the smell was like someone had left their late-night snack in there too long and it wasn't cleaned promptly – it was awful.
Then there's the TV. It's great, with lots of new movie options, but the color temperature was completely off.
Initially, I thought, with such high ratings and me getting a relatively good deal, maybe I shouldn't be too picky.
Later, I realized that the high 'value for money' comments, mentioning cleanliness and tidiness, were based on others paying only $850/night (on weekdays).
That pretty much explains the good reviews!
Hygiene isn't an issue! But overall, the facilities are seriously subpar.
That's all!

Our second family trip here was just as delightful as the first. The hotel's facilities were a huge hit with all ages, especially the outdoor adventure equipment, which was incredibly fun! The staff provided exceptional service, and the outdoor adventure instructors were particularly friendly and encouraging, helping us conquer our fears – a truly heartwarming experience. We highly recommend this place! The free admission to Tsengwen Reservoir was also a fantastic bonus. We'll definitely be back!
