Family friendly Hotels in Tainan

Before I checked in, I heard that this hotel was great and very family-friendly. You can also fish in the swimming pool, children's playroom, and outside pond🎣 The service staff are very nice👍. There really isn’t much to visit nearby. However, there is a 24-hour snack bar in the lobby (and free wine in the afternoon) There are also late night snacks, although not much but delicious😄 You can also go to Shanhua Night Market on Sundays A hotel I would like to stay at next time

Aloft in Tainan, Taiwan, has exceeded my expectations with its welcoming ambiance, excellent vibes, and standout service. The hotel's proficient English-speaking and super-friendly staff, especially Dudu at the reception and Paul at the bar, adds to the seamless and enjoyable stay. Their exceptional service truly sets the tone for a remarkable experience. I must also mention the impeccable clean rooms and excellent amenities that further enhance the overall stay. Special appreciation goes to the Duty Manager, Sue Su, whose friendly and helpful nature has been a standout feature, enhancing the overall warmth and hospitality of Aloft. Kudos to Sue Su for turning my stay into a delightful experience filled with smiles and positive vibes!

It is bright and smell-free, and looks clean. However, the body starts to get red and itchy after sitting on the sofa and bed. It is a bit difficult to request a full carpet and fabric sofa, so I suggest friends who are prone to allergies to pay attention. The sound insulation is good, but next door I didn't even throw a party on purpose, and couldn't solve the problem after making several phone calls. I can only say that I was unlucky to meet a substandard family. The game area on the ninth floor is good, very suitable for children to have fun.

Stayed in the family room for a night. Hotel is slightly dated but it is still fairly well kept. Room is very spacious and comfortable. There is a large gym with a variety of machines. Breakfast buffet selection was decent.

The hotel service is exceptionally pleasant. All staff members are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, within walking distance to the Tainan metro. Nearby, there are shopping malls and restaurants. I have sampled all the hotel restaurants, and the flavors are fantastic. It is the top hotel choice for booking in Tainan.

Service was amazing, staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices are pretty good with letting you choose either a Western or Chinese style buffet breakfast. Room is clean and with a nice view of Tainan City (was on 12th floor).

A family oriented hotel so solo travelers might felt a bit ignored. Adding a coffee machine at the lobby would be very helpful. They follow Japanese check in check out hours and also quite strict about it… I think that’s the biggest downside of the hotel. You will have to wait exactly after 3pm for the room and out in 11 even they are not full. Otherwise the room and location is good, would recommend.

I stayed in this hotel in this April, which is a wonderful experience. Thus, I brought my family (total 4) to stay in this hotel again. Unfortunately, the experience of this time is not pleasant. First of all, as i m the IHG member, I am entitled to have welcome drink. Last time, we can drink in the lobby lounge, but this time, the waitress declined us to take the drink at the lounge and requested us to take away the drinks. Whats ridiculous?! The welcome drink is offered by the hotel, but i m not wrlcome to drink at the lounge. Secondly, the cleaning service is not pleasant, two cups in my room have not been cleaned. Thirdly, the food serving of beef soup is very unsatisfactory. I don't understand why I requested to have more soup and got a black face from the chef. I spent over US$600 for two nights, but seems not be welcomed from the lounge nor restaurant. I would not recommend others to stay in this luxury but not welcome hotel

This is my second time here. I really like it. It’s suitable for family and friends to travel together. The public space on the 3rd floor is indoors and has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee, etc. You can use it. There is also an outdoor space, which is very suitable for buying all kinds of Tainan food in this area. It’s good to have dinner and chat here. place

The hotel room is great, the service staff is kind and friendly, the breakfast is delicious, the hotel is in an excellent location, the surrounding environment is very good, and it is very close to the old street. It is very convenient for walking or eating delicious food. The hotel's water activities also have a good CP value and are worth participating in.
