We recently stayed at the Chongqing Ashan River View Hotel (Jiefangbei Raffles Square Branch), and it was an amazing experience! The service was truly outstanding. Despite the language barrier, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. One of the lovely ladies even went out of her way to pick us up from the mall, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our room was upgraded to a beautiful river-view duplex, and I have to say it was absolutely stunning. The room was spotless, and the tranquility of the place made for a peaceful and restful stay. There were no disturbances, and I slept like a baby, which is always a huge plus when traveling. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, beautiful rooms, and great location. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Chongqing!

The hotel rooms are clean and the location is very good. It is right next to Century New Capital. There is a pedestrian street mall downstairs and it is also close to the food street. There are many places to eat and the facilities are complete. There is also a self-service laundry room that can be used for free. There are also drying machines and ironing machines. The staff are warm and the environment is good.

I always check reviews and wonder if they are legit. This absolutely is :) We stayed with 2 adults and 2 teen children in a double room. If you are wondering if it’s enough space, it is. Note that this building has multiple hotels in one and check in is not on the bottom floor. Check in was smooth and check out was unattended at the time, but no issues. You will have to ask for an extra key if you need one and with a deposit. Service was fantastic with cleaning every day for us and thoughtful fast responses to any inquiries. Location is incredible: 24/7 eateries on the same street! There’s also a handy store and massage place on the bottom of the building. Would absolutely stay here again

I added WeChat and the response was very fast. The young lady who served afternoon tea was also very considerate. Then let's talk about the facilities. The house is very new, the bathroom and bedding are all big brands, comfortable and easy to use. There are three washing machines and three dryers in the top-floor laundry room, and there is almost no situation where you can't get a room. The gym is also good. The most impressive thing is that the mirror in the gym is really clean, which is a great compliment. Finally, let's talk about breakfast. The environment and tableware are clean, the dishes are delicious, and there is a large quantity, so you won't have nothing to eat if you come late. Finally, let's make a small suggestion. The breakfast area can add a coffee machine. It should be the kind that grinds beans. It doesn't have to be expensive. The style of the hotel will be much higher.

The hotel is surrounded by a lot of shops so finding food is not a problem at all. The room is spacious, we got 2 big beds. The toilet and shower room are clean. The toilet has got electronic bidet. Breakfast is chinese style but there are standard egg station, bread, salad, and coffee too. The taste isnt bad at all. I would recommend this hotel.

The front desk service is very good. The hotel is very close to Longtousi North Station. We took a taxi to Chongqing and it was very close. When we arrived at the hotel, Xiao He greeted us very warmly at the door. Check-in was also very fast. We were very satisfied with the room we were assigned! It was a very satisfying stay when we came to Chongqing!
