Front desk, I understand that there are many guests during the May Day holiday, especially on May 3rd, but the service attitude is really bad (generally referring to the standardization of service). The front desk asked me to wait in line because the room was not cleaned up, and they called to notify me, but they didn't call me. I had to call to tell me that there was a room? It was tiring, and there was no mention of some facilities and activities in the hotel. They only told me when you asked
No one helped with the luggage, and they didn't even help to stop the elevator door. Maybe the service staff passed by, including meeting with luggage in the corridor, and even ignored the luggage when it fell on the ground, and just walked by?
I went to breakfast early at 6:32 to the door, and it was still locked, but the meal was open at 6:30 and should be done before this time. The guy who made rice noodles was also very tough. I asked for a bowl of noodles, and he said it was just rice noodles, otherwise you should make a sign to say what it is? He kept coughing at the food. I asked if he didn't wear a mask? The free pick-up service provided by the hotel is very satisfactory, the vehicle is clean and the driver is polite and welcoming. The staff and lobby manager in the female guest area on the first floor were warm and thoughtful. They provided helpful suggestions to me who came to Xiong'an for the first time, so that I felt the warmth from a foreign country when I traveled alone.
