"Stayed here several times before but now can only give 3 stars. Room and food acceptable although still lots lacking in room. No complementary water as usually expected or tissue box.Little things but what is expected in a good hotel. The room was not cleaned up to standard in morning just a quick bed making. Main thing is this is a spa hotel and the spa is now like a public lido. Children with rubber rings in jacuzzi, children playing ball games in adults pool and diving. Not enough seats to accommodate hotel guests and jacuzzi only working for twenty minutes per hour. Always have a massage when staying and this year masseur was sniffing all the way through session. Not really good enough for a spa hotel.Unfortunately will have to look elsewhere for next visit to Sovata as there are new hotels being build."

"We are still in this beautiful hotel as i write.. We have been here since Monday and we are still in awe of the hospitality and professionalism of the staff here. But that’s not a surprise as the General Manager- Paulo Rodriguez - is there from morning to evening, greeting guests by their name, ask them about their day and genuinely showing an interest in his guests! We have been travelling around the world, but this is the first time the General Manager is amongst the guests.. And his style of management clearly cascades on his staff.. Amazing balinez massage and Eta was a pro in massage. Food is incredible- so huge congratulations to the Chef👌 Also, a huge ‘thank you’ to the Front house manager without whom, this stay would have not been possible. Keep up the good work guys, you rock 👏👏👏"
