"I had an extremely upsetting experience at this hotel. During my stay, my diamond bracelet went missing from my room, and despite reporting it to the hotel, the situation was not handled with the seriousness or urgency I would have expected. There has been a total lack of accountability and follow-up from the management. Guests travelling with valuables should take extra precautions. Unfortunately, this experience completely overshadowed my stay."

"We stayed at Sensoria for a week in July, it was a really great stay. It was very relaxing, but also exciting. We were able to relax in the pool at the hotel and also experience a bit of adventure through well-balanced tours. The food was very good, and the all-inclusive offer was particularly pleasant. Not only food, but also drinks and wine are included. Overall, it was a relaxing and lovely holiday here, we would love to come again! PS: Ravi is the best and nicest barkeeper there!"

"This hotel was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Front desk personnel were very helpful with advising us where to go for dinner, where to go on walks, and was generally very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very standard but you expect this with a continental serving. The room we had, which was a standard room, was massive with a large bed large shower room, sitting/lounge area and a balcony - we had a lot of room. The spa facilities were also unbelievable. With a sauna, steam, relaxation room, massage room, outdoor hot tub/hot pool/normal pool. There were a lot of options for the spa facilities - especially after a long days walk, perfect come back to. This hotel was slightly more expensive than the local four stars but it is completely worth it if your budget can stretch."

"The hotel is quite old, nothing changes there. When the prices grow so much, I would also expect some improvements. The personnel is very friendly, services are on a high level. Breakfasts were very good, a good offer of various dishes, I would appreciate more fruits and vegetables. Dinners were better in the past (2020&2022), but the cold buffet is still very good. Afternoon snack is smaller than in the past, I would appreciate a soup or anything warm. Excelent coffee, very nice offer of wines. Spa is not good. I was there just once, the whirpool was cold, my friends were there another day, it was cold again. Also drinks in spa were not sufficient. Very good location close to the cablecar."
