"This hotel and the sister hotel over the road has been the best experience i have had in Greece. The hotel is around one and a half hours away from the airport passing beautiful scenery on the way there. It is extremely clean, staff very friendly and go out of their way to ensure your comfort. Lovely pools in both hotels. We stayed in Lagomandra beach hotel, the room was a deluxe and absolutley lovely, with auto switch on lights and ultra modern facilities. The cleaning staff come when you need them via an internal call point and did a fabulous job, just a very friendly, out of the way hotel. For an all inclusive hotel the food was really lovely, all of it. The only critisism i would have is people reserving sunloungers around the pool then disappearing for the morning so others cannot use them, but that is a minor inconvenience that you find in most hotels. The beach is just outside the hotel gates which is beautiful with a lovely breeze to keep you cool. Thanks for a lovely holiday we will be back :0) x"

"A beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting, backdrop of pine forest and directly on the stunning beach with crystal clear water. Spotlessly clean, staff are friendly, welcoming and extremely hardworking. Housekeeping exceptional. Beds were comfy and quality of bedding was very nice. Lovely food with plenty of choice despite being a small hotel. Was great to have the option of using the spa facilities (paid for massage, not that good, had better) and attending the special events e.g. Greek Night, at the sister hotel Athena Palace, just a 10 minute walk away from Lily Ann Boutique. Made use of the mini market there too, as no shops close by. A couple of niggles though, problem with our room when we arrived so we had a garden view instead of sea view for one night which delayed us settling in, we were not the only ones, so must have been overbooked. Felt we lost half a day because of that, only compensation was to offer us a free cocktail each, not really sufficient. Water went off twice during our 7 day stay, but was resolved fairly quickly. Hated the fact there was smoking allowed in the pool bar area and of course other public areas including when using sun beds. Smoke was billowing into our faces when we were trying to enjoy lunch and relax at the beach. Just don't understand why smoking is still allowed like this. It's 2023, get with it, it's bad for our health, it's rude and inconsiderate, I don't want your 2nd hand smoke all over my food and in my lungs! I have read reviews of other hotels where this is an issue too, so not just an issue at this hotel. I also think the hotel should offer free water at every meal time, not just breakfast. We had to buy bottled water (in plastic bottles) as they didn't recommend we drink their tap water. Water is not a luxury, it's a necessity to sustain life. Overall, had a wonderfully relaxing holiday, away from the crowds, with stunning scenery, great food, clean, tidy, with great staff."

"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a serious incident that occurred during the stay of my family member, Pepi Borisova, in room 218 between June 21st and June 27th. On June 27th, while checking out, they accidentally left a blue bag by the hotel bar. We were later told by staff over the phone that it had been 'disposed of.' No reputable hotel should have a practice of throwing away a guest's luggage. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I demand that the hotel management review the security footage immediately to investigate this matter thoroughly. The Bulgarian Embassy and Consulate have been notified, and we are treating this matter with the utmost seriousness. I expect a prompt and detailed explanation from the management regarding how this occurred and how they intend to rectify the situation."

"Everything was great, but the rooms werent the biggest and the food wasnt the best, but overral it was a very pleasant experience and would recommend for the price. If you book get the all inclusive because its the best for your money. You get free drinks, ice cream, and sandwiches on all the bars."
