"Excellent hotel, slightly out of the way, but that made parking easier. The breakfast was good, and the room and bathroom were spacious. Check-in was quick and easy, with very friendly staff. The only negative I find, though it certainly won't be a problem for others, is that since we were only staying for two nights, the towels weren't supposed to be changed, as they were, and that's not very eco-friendly."

"I'm talking about the ITALIAN RESTAURANT, NOT THE HOTEL > A warning for anyone thinking of having a drink at Balera, the Italian restaurant at Casa METT Sitges: we ordered 2 glasses of Albariño white wine, 1 glass of Pago de Capellanes red wine, and 1 500ml bottle of Peregrino water, and they charged us €56. The glass of red wine alone cost €25. Completely disproportionate prices for what is served, with no prior notice of the price list. A disappointing experience that overshadows everything else. I don't recommend it if you're just going for a drink. 2 x Glasses of Albariño white wine 1 x Glass of Pago de Capellanes red wine €25 1 x 500ml Peregrino water ----------------------------------- TOTAL: €56 Good luck...good luck team, with these prices you'll need it"

"Location is good, facility is great. Free street parking nearby but a screw nail on rear right tire was found after 36 hours parking. Normally we would park our car in camera equipped underground garage instead of street parking. So it might be someone showing the complaints about occupying free parking spot for too long. Also the street number should be 32 instead of 31 which is on the other side of street and could not be found. It took us more than 10 minutes to look for 31 and finally we decided to try card reader of 32 thanks to google map street view photo comparison."

Despite rather mixed reviews, it’s clear these apartments are nearing completion of a major refurbishment and have not yet received the credit they are due on Tripadvisor. The apartment is a short 10 minute walk into the centre of town and grounds of apartments are well kept. I would 100% recommend."

On arrival the team at Reception was just so warm and welcoming, which echoed throughout the hotel with every staff we engaged with. Our breakfast experience every day was top class, and the most amazing host Susanah that made sure we never wanted for anything. An incredible hotel with amazing staff... The location is slightly away from the main town area which was perfect for our choice, given our need for some downtime at the hotel... Definitely can't wait to be back."
