"In two days of stay, the room was not repaired even once. I reported the problem directly to the concierge, who assured me several times that the re-assessment would be made “in a few minutes”. Promises never been maintained. I was taken into account with completely disappointed justifications and assurances. The hotel is a very unacceptable behavior. The cleaning of the room is an essential service, not a favor to be given to the client. Extremely disappointing experience and service well below expectations. I do not make it a clear advice."
