Great location. Walk 20 mins can reach the grand-place and the city of brussels.

A little bit far from city centre, but nice facilities and staffs.

The hotel is at good location. The customer service and staff were great. Breakfast good. The carpet in the room is outdated and needs to be replaced. Bad smell normally come from the toilet in our room but I am not sure if it happens in other room.

Clean, very large room and nice staff, staff are really helpful.

Excellent location with nearly train station

When I said my air conditioner was broken and wanted it fixed, the staff said the repair would come at 11pm. However, when the time came, the repair person did not come, and the air conditioner was unusable.

This hotel has a great location, good environment and good service, and a small balcony. The facilities are also very complete, with a bathtub. But the price is very expensive, about 100 euros, and you have to pay an additional urban construction tax. Of course, this is related to the regulations of Brussels, which is very expensive.

At first it is a nice room; high floor, spacious room and a balcony. I missed the luxury of real glasses/cups, the coffee corner had little to offer. The coffee itself was nice. Upon closer inspection, our ceiling light did not work, the socket next to the bed did not work either and the bed itself was made with bedding made of some kind of plastic. Very warm and sweaty. The toilet brush was missing half, the pedal of the trash can was broken and the toilet bowl was still dirty from the previous stay. After we handed in this list at check-out, we got an 'I will pass it on' and that was it. To be honest, I had higher expectations of a hotel in Brussels Center.

The room was okay, but it felt a bit small. Clean and hygienic, the rooms are relatively compact and not all sunny rooms. The location is very good, there is KFC and shopping street opposite, and the price is high. Front desk staff are friendly

It's the second time we've come to this hotel... the first time the room was nicer, this time less... it's not a bad hotel

Room reserved for 3 people (1 adult and 2 teenagers) with a surprise on arrival.... only 2 beds. They explain to me that the room cannot accommodate more than 2 beds! In this case, why accept reservations for 3 people or more if there are no beds based on the number of people??? No replacement solution offered by the hotel or by Trip, no commercial gesture either. Payment of tourist tax in excess of what was actually due. Towels and other accessories only for 2 people. Ventilation problem.... In short, I will no longer order from Trip.
