Booked the suite for three nights, thinking the amenities within matched my needs. When I reached in the evening and upon entering the room, I was greeted by a huge cockroach just outside the toilet. The toilet had a smell that wouldn't go despite daily housekeeping and me buying an air freshener, and the shower water flow was inconsistent. Third evening, came back to find another huge cockroach at the toilet sink and two small ones at the shower area. The A/C in the dining area leaked, and there was a puddle on the floor. There's no concierge or anyone to assist with my luggages, despite having to go up and down a small flight of stairs to reach my suite. I hope the hotel looks into making improvements.

Close to Cihapit Market. At night there are a lot of street food around 600m from the hotel. Beside the hotel there is also delicious fried rice. The location is quite okay. It's just a shame there is no bidet in the room, the water from the toilet is not strong enough. So every time I urinate I always feel less clean. The bed is quite big. Too bad there is no refrigerator.

when I first booked I had requested a non-smoking room but it turned out I was given a smoking room so when I entered the room it immediately smelled of cigarettes and the receptionist didn't confirm that the non-smoking room was empty, they should have confirmed first My car also suddenly got scratched because it was valet parking But for the price, it was quite affordable, around 300k with a bathtub

The hotel during renovation looks less neat. There is still a lot that needs to be repaired regarding the contents of the room. Usually you get hotel slippers, but these don't seem to be available anymore. Hopefully after renovation, all facilities can be used as well as possible.
