we booked a room with balcony thinking we can smoke but they do not allow in the balcony even if their policy only states that no smoking INDOOR

If shuttle services are offered from the hotel to the metro station and from the metro station to the hotel upon request from a sizable customer base, this hotel's rating might be raised to "Excellent". Demand also will increase significantly.

Hotel location is great, it's off the busy street, but not far from the main street. The room is large and nice decor. The front desk personal are very friendly and helpful, Mr Chen helped me to ordered some pineapple cakes from Tainam city that my family wanted. Thanks! The hotel has a good taste of decorating that makes the guests feel comfortable.

The rooms were large and clean and there were many restaurants along the way from the MRT to the hotel. It's just that not having a toothbrush is a bit inconvenient for me, it would be better if I could. Overall a very comfortable stay!
