Excellent service ! Is a staycation for my hubby’s Birthday and they make an effort to put up a simple decoration. We get to enjoy the mini bar , got a nice view ! Thanks to all the staffs for our pleasant stay!

Reception John is very helpful and friendly. However, I Forgot my perfume in the room and couldn’t retrieve it, i’ve been in so many hotels and forgot some items and managed to get it, was surprised that this 5 star hotel couldn’t keep your things if you forgot it.

雖然在剛開始辦理入住的時候發生了一些小插曲，還好通過及時的溝通和補償總算是彌補了一些不悦。後期無論從房間設施，管家服務，硬件配套和酒店人員的服務態度都是高水準的，在眾多聖淘沙酒店中我們當初的選擇是正確的，Equarius Hotel早餐有兩種，一種是酒店自帶的半自助早餐tangerine，還有就是去旁邊的歐芮酒店的全自助早餐，但是後者8點半以後人就會很多甚至排隊，我更喜歡清靜。海底套房很驚艷，但是別墅房型才是家庭出行的最愛，感謝款待🙏

酒店有專門的中文服務，主動提示加微信客服。在新加坡算是房間比較大的了，設施也不錯，沒有瓶裝水，我們有送免費minibar裏面有水。早餐服務員Willson很好，半自助早餐人很少。

比較老式的酒店了，外部環境沒得説，陽光下吹着涼風，別提多愜意了。也是因為比較老的原因，廁所/淋浴房都有一股味道，估計是下水道味道反竄上來的。房間很大，住着心情不錯，另外還能在陽台曬曬衣服。緊挨着水上探險樂園，帶小孩出門可太方便了！工作人員也很友善，中文極度友好！出門吃飯，去環球影城，坐個短途巴士（免費）也巨方便。

酒店從位置、環境到服務都沒話説。酒店後面就是水上探險樂園。去環球影城、哈利波特展、纜車滑車坐酒店接駁車步行很快就能到達。整個聖淘沙就像長隆一樣，是一個獨立的遊樂度假園區。所以吃飯就不太方便，酒店裡沒有全自助早餐，要坐接駁車去歐芮酒店用餐，附近也沒有便利店和餐館，要坐接駁車到邁克爾酒店，也就是環球影城門口那附近才有吃喝的。
