"What I really like about this hotel is its location. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, and an MRT station 600 meters away. Considering that hotels in Singapore are expensive, the room size is reasonable for the price. It's suitable for two adults. I stayed with two adults and two small children, so it was a bit cramped. If you bring large suitcases, it might be difficult to arrange them in the room. The hotel has a swimming pool and a mini slide for children. And as for muslim, it is nice that there’s blue mosque not far from hotel"

"Lots of food downstairs and mrt just beside! Room is very small like hotel boss which is a few walking distance away. Also walking distance to haji lane and bugis malls. Room isnt sound proof but bed is spacious for 2. Has a fridge and coffee machine/water dispenser!!! Air con can be a little loud if your fan is on the highest so lower it before u sleep. Only book if youre ok with small spaces or for business trips"

"The lady at the front desk spoke fluent Chinese, which was very helpful. The room she assigned us had a fantastic view, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Universal power outlets were also available, which was a nice touch. My only minor disappointment was that our room type didn't come with a bathtub. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the service was very attentive. While both the noodles and vermicelli were seafood-flavored, it would have been even better if they had offered some traditional Chinese options like Zhajiang noodles or beef dishes."

"The cafe below was not open both morning and evening when I’m there. Not much choices in room service provided. Forgot to bring my mobile phone charger along. Asked both reception and housekeeping, both sides could not borrow me one Apple charger as the hotel did not provide a charger and the staff was not willing to lend their own after numerous pleas attempts. Left the hotel with the battery dead and phone off. Ever encountered another hotel that has charger provided. Mall is easily accessible but the hotel itself do not have any vending machines."

"In mid-August, I took a connecting Singapore Airlines flight to Singapore and chose the Far East Hotel Sentosa. A taxi from the airport to the hotel cost around 500 RMB. The hotel is located on Sentosa Island. Showing a booking confirmation screenshot waived the island entry fee for us. However, in practice, the entry control wasn't very strict; the checkpoint staff merely gave it a symbolic glance, seemingly trusting visitors' integrity. Upon arrival, bellhops (older gentlemen) assisted with our luggage. Front desk efficiency seemed to vary depending on the individual staff member. Our reservation was for a twin room, but we were assigned a king-size bed upon check-in, which required a trip back to the front desk to rectify – quite frustrating. After check-in formalities were complete, we entered our room and took a look around. The overall hotel style, however, reminded me of a budget chain hotel back in China. Complimentary ice, tea bags, and instant coffee were available near the elevators. I found this a bit strange at first, only to realize upon entering the room that these basic in-room amenities were skipped and made available in communal areas instead. The room was relatively clean, though a bit small. From the window, we could see the beach and even wild peacocks. A large swimming pool downstairs was bustling with children. We also enjoyed complimentary ice cream, which probably explains its reputation as a family-friendly hotel. We stayed for two days and visited Universal Studios once. It's just one monorail stop from the hotel, so transportation was quite convenient. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to thoroughly explore the surrounding area; otherwise, the experience might have been even more memorable. Overall, the hotel environment was decent. It perfectly served its purpose as a temporary base, especially convenient for those visiting Universal Studios."

"My stay at Pan Pacific Singapore completely exceeded my expectations. From service to dining, everything was of a consistently high standard, and the Executive Lounge experience, in particular, was truly memorable. Let's start with the exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the bellhop proactively helped with my luggage. During check-in, the front desk staff patiently explained everything and thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby attractions and routes. Any requests were promptly addressed, and even the housekeeping staff seemed to anticipate our needs with a subtle touch. This kind of discreet yet profoundly attentive service truly touched me. Moving on to breakfast – it was a pure joy for someone who suffers from 'choice paralysis'! The restaurant's selection was extensive and the quality consistently high. At the Chinese station, the shrimp dumplings and siu mai boasted thin skins and generous fillings, and the congee was perfectly smooth and rich. The Western section offered freshly baked croissants (crispy outside, soft inside) and authentically delicious bacon and sausages. There were also made-to-order options where you could customize your dishes with various toppings, and the fruit station was impeccably fresh. However, the Executive Lounge was the true highlight. It offers a spacious and comfortable setting with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea. Afternoon tea here was exquisite and delicious. It's a shame I returned too late one evening and missed the evening bar service. But the 'best in show' award truly goes to the Executive Lounge's breakfast! It was absolutely phenomenal! Not only was it à la carte, but the presentation was incredibly beautiful. And to top it all off, it tasted exceptionally delicious! 😋 Overall, the professional service, the extensive and delicious breakfast, and the high quality of the Executive Lounge all contributed to a truly wonderful trip to Singapore. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Singapore!"
