Our 3-night stay at Heritage Collection Boat Quay was very comfortable and pleasant. I stayed with my wife, and we really appreciated the convenience—the nearest MRT station is Clarke Quay, just a 10-minute walk away. From here, it’s pretty easy to access all parts of Singapore.
The staff were incredibly accommodating—props to Edmar, Mae and Will for their prompt responses! The automated check-in and check-out system was quiet (and quite) easy, making the whole experience hassle-free. Highly recommended for all travelers.
Room is pressy spacious for couples, clean and well ventilated.
Just one suggestion: the laundry facility currently operates from 8 AM to 10 PM. Since most guests tend to return to the hotel past 11 PM, it would be great if the laundry service were available 24/7—or at least until midnight.

The location of the hotel is very special, right by the Singapore River, and downstairs is a food street next to the river. The hotel is also very close to the financial district and various attractions, and can be reached by subway on foot.
There are actually three Heritage Collections marked with the H, all very close, and I went to the wrong one at first.

I’ve stayed at several hotels recently, and this one stood out for its cleanliness, service, and comfort. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a cozy bed and modern amenities. Its very modern type of apartment hotel, easy to stay. Just tricky part on the location, but the place is good. near in bars and beautiful view of marina bay sands
