Very nice location, easy to take the grab, highly recommend

Big space, newly renovated, quiet and great for long term stay. Near town and offices, public transport just across the street.

Very good. Near supermarket. Near food centre. The room bigger than park avenue Rochester. Ammenities of kitchen better. May be need walk more to get MRT station. Buat not far. The staf is good.

Nice room and pool/gym facilities. Around 5 min to fort canning station.

Booked Park Avenue for a family holiday with three children. One has allergies so I needed a functioning kitchen too. The apartment far outweighed my expectations & was perfect for the four of us. Location was central with easy access to all sites & next door to a shopping mall with grocers. The apartment was regularly serviced & all areas were very clean. There was a small pool perfect for a swim & for children & a small gym too. The service was friendly & efficient & helpful. Overall absolutely perfect for us & I would definitely return!!

We were very satisfied with our six-night stay. The apartment is in a great location. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall, a supermarket, Starbucks, and a 7-Eleven. The chairs are very comfortable. It's a five-minute walk to the MRT station, and Clarke Quay and Chinatown's Fairprice are all within easy walking distance. We even walked to the supermarket for shopping. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and high-quality. The kitchen comes with all the utensils you need, including an oven, making cooking very convenient. The two bedrooms are spacious, and the two bathrooms are perfect for a family trip. The pool is also nice. Overall, after comparing many hotels, the value for money was excellent. The staff, both Mui-leng and Chery, were very attentive. I didn't find any shortcomings.
