Great location, great surrounding atmospher and great first impression of hotel. The hotel was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Great place to stay for a nice relaxing trip to KL. Beside this place, theres a neighbourhood mall that has everything that you need.

Location is bedside the mall only so very good! The hotel is clean and staffs our friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommended.

Nice view from suite window, many shops and malls in walking distance, fully furnished apartment, drinking filtered water available in the suite, good facilities available. Should subsidised the hotel parking rate or lower the parking fee per entrance as the RM12 is too high for your own hotel guest.

Overall the hotel is worth the price. Recommended for all types of travellers, the facilities and amenities in the room are excellent. Also recommended for those who plan to stay long as the room comes with all the kitchen appliances. The toilet door is without lock but overall there are no unpleasant smell. The check in and check out took slightly longer but it is manageable. Surrounded by shops and markets.

This is my first choice if you want to feel at home.  Location has nearby restaurant and cafes to choose from.

The room is good but the next door was too noisy. Complain so many times but still fail to stop other guests making noise.

A very different experience from previous stays. The house host (similar to housekeeping) took forever (like 3-4 hours) to respond to requests for additional water and other amenities in the room. We even called 2-3 times. It was easier to stick head out of room to look for housekeeping cart and ask for these items. The worse experience came when hotel had a blackout for about 6 hours with guests stuck inside their rooms and not allowed to come down. I had questions about their emergency exits which they never responded properly. We were lucky as we were out and came back to the news of the blackout. We had to loiter around the hotel for around 2 hours until around 11pm before allowed up to the room. It was a very traumatic experience. It was also embarrassing as I booked the room for a friend who was visiting Malaysia with me for the first time.

Good about this place is location. Lots amenities available nearby. But parking is an issue…

The hotel is near to the town center with lots of cafes, restaurants and malls within walking distance. Room is nice and clean, and staff are friendly.

Great location and room is spacious and we'll equipped. Good amenities. Service staff very helpful despite the crowd.
