excellent service excellent location excellent environment excellent decor… couldn’t ask for more. out butler was wonderful

We were there for a night to attend the Lady Gaga concert. After we checked out, we weren't even allowed to stay at the cafe for a cup of coffee as the cafe staff said we were no longer staying guests. 

Raffles represent the history of Singapore since the time when Raffles arrived at this land two hundred years ago. Its location is just at the center of the country，many landmarks and symbols are all around it, which makes your journey convenient. Once you lived in it, you can just immerse yourself in the colonial times, which really is a special experience.莱佛士代表了自莱佛士登陆这片土地以来的新加坡的历史见证，它的地理位置就好像整个国家的中心，很多景点和代表建筑都在它的周边，地理位置非常方便，当你住进去的时候，你会有一种穿越时光的特别感受，好像回到了那个殖民的时代，更是一种沉浸式的体验。服务非常好，一尘不染的房间，配有butler管家，有任何需要随时一键拨通，早上坐在阳台走廊的椅子上，管家小姐姐又专门送了水果和茶，太贴心了！唯一一点闹心的就是入住时visa卡短信显示刷了两笔押金，但是酒店这边显示只刷了一笔，不知道是怎么回事，和银行沟通说是确实是两笔入账，但酒店这边的账单显示确实也只有一笔，但银行这边确实是两笔押金扣除，沟通了好几次也基本无果，现在就等18天以后看是否会退回。。。

Wow, let me tell you about my stay at this hotel 🌟. The room was super cozy and clean, with a nice view of the city 🌆. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile 😊. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices 🍳. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Raffles Singapore is a one of a kind experience with no comparison. We stayed for 8 days/7 nights, it felt very much like a home. The buildings are beautifully and tastfully decorated. The rooms are beautiful with a mix of modern and colonial style. Even the standard room is a suite with a separated parlour which has its own controls for lights and ac. The staff are excellent and always ready to help. We had issues arise and talked to management and they listened and corrected the issues in a timely manner. We had a tasting experience meal at the grand lobby on the first night, dinner and at Le Dame Du Pic and drinks at the Writers Bar. The selection of bars and eateries have you covered for any taste you want, we didn't manage to try all the hotel has to offer as Singapore has such a great food scene in the hawker centres. It's location is excellent nestled between key tourist areas in Singapore and easy access to the metro at the City Hall station

Excellent service, good food, immersive history. The suite was extremely well-kept, even the corners were spotless and dust-free While it's not flawless, it's still a very special experience.

Came back here for our 1st wedding anniversary after having gotten married here last year. We had the most amazing and unforgettable experience once again! Everything was perfect, from the delightful welcome at the grand lobby to the room, pool, food and service. Thank you Raffles Hotel for the wonderful stay! 😊 we will be back! 🥰

Perfect! If Singaporean food was served in the morning, it would have been much better. Staff and service quality were splendid.

Hotel is immaculate but very expensive. Can not fault any of the service, also tried their afternoon tea, very nice. The hotel has the heritage that I am really looking for. The room decor is my cup of tea. Can sit outside room and have a smoke while enjoying the view of the central garden. Of course went to the Long Bar to taste the Singapore sling that was invented at this hotel. Also spent some time at the pool which is not big but still nice.

The best staycay ever had in singapore. Everything was the best. It was just the perfect. Super duper worth the money. Wish to stay longer and visit again next time very happy with the service and level of clean-ness of the room

I originally thought that Raffles was a quiet place in the city, but except for the guest rooms and swimming pool, the hotel is open to the public. The first floor is full of shops, which makes the stay experience not good. The Singapore Sling is still very good. I personally prefer the domestic Raffles with a stronger sense of vacation.

The unique Southeast Asian flavor of Raffles is still too strong and authentic. This is not available in any resort hotel. This is the real feeling of years of precipitation. Another surprise is! I met a new friend in the hotel, Joseph Lim, who can speak Chinese and used to be a hotel executive in Beijing. He is highly professional and has good service. We talked a lot about hotel topics together. I hope to meet him again next time. In addition! You must try their Indian restaurant! North Indian food is really good
