Hard to get to, but very beautiful place, very clean, good facilities, friendly service. Lovely rooftop garden and pools, small but complete gym.
Unfortunately called guest services twice about a misdirected day-old cake and itinerary in our room with no action taken. Eventually I had to ask helpful cleaning staff to remove it.
Disappointing as I was also told I would receive a small cake for my birthday visit and nothing came.

My grandkids enjoy the Ranger club and swimming pool. Good breakfast buffet at the Zoo with halal option.

Kids had a blast for our two nights staycation at the resort. We upgraded to sanctuary double double as we wanted a view of the reservoir. But we got the limited view our room is closer to the lobby side. Wish we could be given the room nearer to the tree houses 🤪for better view of the reservoir. Breakfast spread was great. We didn’t have to wait too long to get a table, probably also helps that our stay was on weekdays (Monday to Wed). We enjoyed the convenient of visiting night safari, river wonders and Singapore zoo at walking distance to the resort.
The only thing we wish could be improved is the limited shaded sitting area at the swimming pool. The view on the roof top is amazing!
Overall a great staycation for our family ☺️

If you bring your kids to the night zoo, it's very convenient to stay here. You can check in first, then go to the night zoo, sleep in the next day, and then go to the zoo.

Superb hospitality. Very relaxing resort feel.
Beds and pillows are comfortable. We ordered contour (hard but provide good neck support) and latex (super soft). The original pillows in the room are good enough.
The temperature is well regulated at night for a cooling sleep.
Love the toilet!
Love the swimming pool.
Love the breakfast. A must have! Good variety and delicious. The omelettes are better than elsewhere hotels’ breakfasts.
Great place for families with kids. There’re also hands-on crafts for adults.
Need more than 1 night stay to cover the zoo, bird paradise and night safari. Will go again.

Love the resort and the impeccable service. The reservoir view adds to the tranquility of the place. We took the option of Buffet Breakfast in the Wild which includes free admission to the zoo.

It’s a new resort that just opened in April. Not many restaurant choices nearby. Room cleanliness could be better — we saw spider webs in the room. Didn’t sleep well because the mattress and pillows weren’t suitable for us, ended up with back and neck pain. But the view at the pool area was really amazing!
