其實這裏位置、環境和員工都很好啦…
然而空調限制最低衹能設定成24攝氏度，大熱天的，實際能有25、26攝氏度都阿彌陀佛了。我知道它“環保”想讓我們開風扇，但風扇掛在屋頂對着躺在床上的人直吹，就算開到最小檔，吹一晚上，麪都要僵掉。手腳在被子裏熱，伸出被子會被立刻吹得冷冰冰！還有那空調控制面板，比我巴掌還大，怎麼按都關不掉，亮一晚上！我整晚沒睡！
還有，床架大於床墊而且床腳突出，我一進門脱掉鞋子在床邊走就撞上去了，腳趾立馬掛彩，好在骨頭沒事…
反正我不會再來了，寫這些是給後來者借鑒了…

I was quite nervous when I booked the hotel. The reviews were mixed. I didn't expect much. I just booked it because it was close to the zoo. But after checking in, I felt very good. The service staff was very enthusiastic. I asked for directions to the shuttle bus location and they took us there directly. It took several minutes to walk. The room facilities and hygiene were very good. It was very convenient to go to the zoo. The room I stayed in had a lake view. It was very quiet. The breakfast was very rich and suitable for Chinese stomachs.

Nice and clean resort. Welcome drinks & cookies are provided for guests at the lobby. The Dining Alley is just 5-minute walk away. The Zoo, River Wonders & Night Safari are within walking distance too. Perhaps my only three feedbacks are that the ventilation system in the toilet and shower room area could be improved because in the morning there's a strong smell of ammonia. I understand that the resort adopted a green concept but during certain nights the aircon set at a max of 24°C is a bit too hot for comfort no doubt there's a ceiling fan but it makes a strange noise when set to low or medium... Also for a double bed that can sleep 2 pax together is rather small, it'll be good if it's at least a Super Queen size instead of a normal Queen. However, overall it's still quite a fun stay.

A relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable resort. The children loved the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable. Lovely swimming pool with a gorgeous view of the reservoir. Food was above average but the spread at the dinner buffet can be improved. The staff.throughout is excellent. The front desk and restaurant personnel were outstanding. Worth a stay for a day or two. Visiting the nearby attractions was a treat.
