Book here for rest after watching sg smash. Hotel near to CityHall mrt station, also can walk few minutes to Bras Basah mrt for cc line (to stadium). Clean and new room, very comfort bed. Breakfast is limited choices, and have to take quite long queue for verification and wait for staff’s guidance to the table. But overall is ok.

My stay was ok, not the best and not the the worse 5 star hotel I tried but I don’t really feel I was in a 5 star hotel. I will more likely consider it as a good 4 star.

Room: it was clean. They have filtered water faucet! Location: near to the malls, the supermarket nearby at funan and Raffles city. Its 5 minutes walk to city hall mrt which is convenient if you wanna go around singapore. Breakfast: it can be crowded depends on the time you go. I went around between 8 and 10am. There's still queue. But you'll get a table within 10 mins. The food were great. Check in: it was seamless. Great customer service! Amenities: gym is 24hrs and good equipment. They have 2 pool, one at the rooftop and one at lvl3.

Newly opened hotel, well-known hotel's brand, with excellent service and nice room. Good shower room and high quality of the amenities. Splendid swimming pool on 3rd floor next to the reception and close to the lounge. Low-rise building with city view.

Excellent service from all the staff here, modern and clean rooms too. Space is a bit small but would definitely still recommend.

First time staying at this hotel. Everything is great except the room curtain which can’t block the sunlight. Therefore cannot give us total darkness. All the restaurant staffs at level 1 are polite n helpful, especially Tiffany.

Too bad can't upload videos!! ANTS!! LOTS OF ANTS!! I really did not expect Pullman hotels to have ants crawling on bed. Two rooms in a row too. We were there 3 nights and we found ants on floor the first night..second day when we woke up we found them on the bed. We called and asked them to check. They moved us to another room, I told them I better not see another ant. When we moved in, we saw ant on floor again. They said it's normal and that it's just dust. After they left the room, we found ants on bed AGAIN. We were told to wait at lobby til they get us another room. Finally the room was clean with no ants on the 3rd try. We asked for compensation as we had wasted close to 2 hours packing unpacking and waiting for the room. We got 100SGD hotel credit. We spent it last day on in room dining. Ordered food around 10am. Food arrived 1130am. I asked for late check out as they took much longer than we thought. We got an hour extra to check out. Will I ever visit again? No. Do I recommend anyone to stay? Definitely no unless you want to pay to accommodate the hotel.

Very welcoming and kind staff. Room is new and clean. Location is excellent. Hotel also prepared a small birthday cake as surprise. I will definitely be back if I visit Singapore again.

Fantastic hotel, amazing location and fit out is so trendy! Hotel has two swimming pools, next to reception and on roof top great for kids.

8days stay in Pullman,first 3 is suite and later 5 days in mbs view room. hotel is very new and hard working staff in breakfast and executive lounge. BUT STILL NOT MATCH THE AVERAGE LEVEL OF Pullman, I'm a global traveler stayed with Pullman many times. 1. reception hang up my phone when i ask for late check-out and used unproper and undecent word in Chinese "I'll do no further concession "(我们不会让步). suggest to improve both mandarin and english speaking using proper serves language will make guest relax and chillout…not to mention Singapore is Chinese speaking country.2. the fake firealarms should have a written or face to face explanation in person at breakfast or reception.
