Many food around , location the best.next door is mix shop and local food restaurants

Everything is very good, the staff Mirza is very friendly, the room is clean, got kettle, got hair dryer (upon request), basic toiletries provided too, except the heater in the shower room is not functioning although the switch already turned on.

Please book with caution. Cleanliness is alright, and location was solid with lots of food options around. However that’s where the good ends. My room had a spoilt aircon (only blowing hot air) and only cold shower water, and I was not offered any constructive solutions to this whole situation. The room was quite stuffy, and I did not get any good rest during my stay. The proximity to Axiata Arena is the reason why I booked this place, but I realise that if I had travelled there from anywhere else by taxi or LRT it would have been just as fine. I might have just encountered a really bad room, but regardless please check the longer reviews (here and on other sites too) before deciding where to book!

This budget hotel is surrounded by eateries, convenient stores, kopitiams and variety of shops, very very convenient. The accommodation was simple but comfy, just the cleanliness could have been better. ▶️ Front desk staff was friendly and cheerful! ▶️ No water dispenser provided compared to others Swing & Pillows branches. ▶️ Parking quite a problem before 8pm. Overall, it was a nice experience!

After a long and tiring trip arriving from Chengdu City, we are glad we managed to get such a wonderful hotel night stay here in #swing&pillows hotel strategically located here in the fringe of KL... Super convenient surroundings with multiple shops, cafe & restaurants to satisfy our every need... Staffs were super friendly ensuring we get first class treatment...

Basically the air con is old n cannot be adjusted. Shower Water heater not working. TV not working. No drinking water heater. Toilet is smelly n toilet door must be continuously closed to prevent odour into room. My first and last time staying here. Crappy place that charge rm 120 . Not worth the cost.

Very nice stay. Room is clean and comfortable. I heard the new management just took over this hotel, so some of the things are not ready yet. The hotel is situated near to alot of eating places, cafe, fine dining, desert cafes are just walking distance from the hotel.
