Unless you want to be walken up early in the morning with some loud music lasting 15-20 minutes.( apparently coming from next door, İ was informed later) Unless, you are a person, unlike me, who can sleep in a windowless room!. There is a window but it faces a wall covered by a green carpet(!). (it would have been fine if website mentioned that this was a restricted room!) Unless you go down to the breakfast a bit late due to the early morning music and pay for it and their so called " fantastic" breakfast does not even have cheese or toaster for bread or even a warm/hot tea!  Then you will be OK to stay in this hotel. The management should just secretly go to nearby Rigel Hotel (cheaper rate with breakfast included and good swimming pool) and see what a fantastic breakfast is. Well, this shows that management is unable to run this business properly, but feel free to risk it! However, staff at reception were good. They tried to make it up by offering me an upgrade but İ was leaving the town.

The hotel is old, the pipes smells. Bathrooms are not clean.

Good value for money,although very noisy because of the Zbeach bar,low quality house and techno music,compared to what we are used to in Belgium🙂(Tomorrow Land😎) But Nha Trang is a party city,so if you’re looking for quiet holiday,not in Nha Trang.

Hotel is good if you're looking for a clean room with a good location and at a good price. Some staff were great, others had very little English so it was hard to communicate. Our key didn't work and it took a long time to get it sorted.. was advertised as being an all inclusive hotel but it was breakfast only. Pool and gym area is very run down.

Check-in time is exactly 2:00 pm, the rules are a bit strict compared to some places I usually stay, the rooms are clean, the breakfast buffet is okay, the room cleaning is ok

The hotel renovation itself is "outdated" a la France a hundred years ago. Otherwise, everything is fine. Clean, nice. Breakfasts are very varied, the food is close to ours - there are even pancakes (we have not seen anything like that here yet) 👌

For its price, a very good hotel. They speak Russian, a good room, quite clean, has everything you need, but it is better to take shampoo and conditioner with you. Towels for the beach are given out at the reception, you can also take an umbrella. Breakfast gets a little boring, but you can choose. Excellent location, there are various cafes downstairs, a travel agency (if necessary), shops. The sea is across the road. On the 17th floor there is a small swimming pool. The water is clean and cool. Every day that we were there, a man cleaned in the morning. We arrived in the off-season (January), there were big waves, they advise coming starting in February, and complete calm in June. But even in the off-season there are advantages, there are few people, the prices are not biting. Overall, we are very pleased. BUT, you need to keep in mind that the photos show more expensive rooms, but you can get a room without a window. Another disadvantage is that we met two cockroaches in the room.

The hall, as well as the restaurant, are very spacious. Lots of space. Good audibility in the room

For the money, it's a pretty good hotel. Close to the sea. Breakfasts are good, you can eat even for a child. Cleaning every day, with a change of towels. The floors were not washed.

The hotel is not bad, with a good location, everything is nearby. Breakfasts are not wow, but we did not go hungry, there were a couple of tasty dishes. There is no service as such, but they give 2 bottles of water and coffee per day. The rooms are a bit worn out, the view is not very good) we have been in Vietnam for a month, so we arranged a trip to hotels, we did not expect more from it)

The sea view is good, from 1202 it was amazing. My booking was during the victory of the Vietnamese team over Thailand and the fans were partying until 5am. Alas, the soundproofing did not cope even with the door to the balcony closed. No other complaints

We liked the good hotel! The location is not far from the beach. The staff is polite, but they gave us a room with a view of the neighboring house, although we booked a deluxe room with a view of the city, this is important to us because we are filming content, and of course we don’t want to film a view of the neighboring house. Of course there are a lot of people, we understand that the good rooms are occupied. The pool is not well maintained, unfortunately there are no mattresses on wooden sun loungers. We really liked that there was a Russian channel; we got nostalgic and watched TV series in Russia. It was nice because not every hotel has Russian channels! In general, if you don’t find fault, it’s fine, thank you! The room was okay, the breakfast was good, the swimming pool was a little dirty. I booked a 3-night stay in two installments. I explained the situation to the front desk when I checked in. As a result, we went out to play during the day on the third day, and when we came back, we found that the hotel had cleared everyone's belongings out of the room. I came back from playing in the evening so tired that I couldn't check in. I argued with the front desk for 2 hours but I was not satisfied with the result. The staff were all very nice, but they just couldn't get things done. The luggage was placed in a mess in the warehouse, and the washed clothes were put in plastic bags before they were dried. When I saw the clothes, they smelled bad. Ctrip’s customer service is very awesome and I was quite satisfied with how they handled the matter in the end. I would like to praise it.
