Great location, amenities and size of the place. Main problem was checking in. There was no communication about keys being in another part of the city while booking or thereafter. Reception said we should have know about it but there was nothing written anywhere. I booked it as it said 24hr reception and we were arriving late. We ended up taking a taxi to another location to collect keycards. Trip.com should also be held responsible for not mentioning this anywhere. I would’ve booked elsewhere if I was made aware so I am not happy with this booking.

Great appartement , but ! You have to check in 3 km from the place ! I was only mentioned in the comments or really small in the extra details I don’t usually read comments … When I found out I tried to cancel but they also didn’t let me one week in advance .. bad service . So easy to 2 hours and 30 euros taxi just to check in . They also ask you to pick up the garbage by yourself when you leave . And don’t leave any toothpaste or other necessary things ..

Good location

The apartment is in a good location, but you have to go to Barcelona Station to check in and get the key before you can check in at the apartment address. The apartment is in a good location, very close to Casa Batlló, very close to the subway, and very convenient for eating and shopping around. The apartment has complete facilities, you can buy pizza and bake it yourself, you can also cook, and laundry detergent, highly recommended.

We stayed on the first floor and there was a yard, which was a pleasant surprise. I read the reviews and learned that the check-in was somewhere else, but I didn't know that this somewhere else was within walking distance of the train station. As luck would have it, I came from Madrid by train, so I took a taxi and was persuaded to get off. I walked over to check in, and the lady at the front desk even called a car to take us there. Great.

Located in the city center, the location is excellent, within walking distance of Barcelona Three-Piece Suite, Mila House, Batlló House and Sagrada Familia. The room is well-equipped and clean. The bedding is very comfortable.

Great location. Lovely duplex apartment. Too bad the air conditioning is only in the living room. Had to use a fan in the bedrooms.

The location is very good, one street away from Casa Batlló, 2-3 streets away from Casa Mila, and within walking distance of Sagrada Familia and Plaza Catalunya. The room facilities are average, and the toilet has a bit of odor. But the facilities are complete, with a refrigerator, washing machine, and steam oven. There is no breakfast in the apartment, but there are breakfast shops one after another on the street. You can buy it and heat it yourself, which is more convenient.
