Met all expectations except for how small the bathroom was 😅 but overall enjoyed the experience.

The room is quite humid and feels damp. Without a blanket, it gets cold, but with a blanket, it becomes damp and stuffy. The sound insulation is poor—you can hear doors opening and closing in adjacent rooms throughout the night, as well as the movement of other guests in the corridor. It's difficult to sleep with all the noise. The pillow also lacks proper support and becomes completely flat after a short time, which results in a stiff neck and upper back. There are also some light black stains on the mattress sheet. Other than the mentioned, the rest are ok. Very smooth check in and check out.

Good location beside Paragon shopping and hospital. Easy to access for business work trip.

The room and bed size is OK but the setting is quite basic. There's only one couch and a small table. The bath room is also of good size but the ceiling mounted shower requires some repair (it keeps dripping while it's supposed to be shut). Guests need to take a walk on level 4 to change elevator, which is a bit inconvenient. This hotel is not very close to MRT stations (it's kind of in between two), bus stop is nearer though. Given the premium Orchard road location, It still offers fair value, but it could have been better maintained.

Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the shopping capital and everywhere is walking distance. Perfect if u have intention to shop.

Bought a stay voucher via Trip app to experience this newly open hotel in the heart of Orchard. Hotel entrance is facing Paragon shopping mall. Small cosy lobby with lots of sitting area. Modernised check-in counter where you could stand beside the staff during the check-in. Check-in staff was not smiling when welcoming us. Bad first impression. Our club access room was upgraded from classic to superior which I felt thankful but nothing to wow about because from the pictures both classic and superior rooms looked similar. Had to take a lift up to the general floor on the 4th where a lounge, restaurant, swimming pool, gym and the club residence rooms are located. There is also a currency exchange machine at the end of the hallway. Our room was located on the 6th so we had to take a 2nd lift up. Felt abit cramped on the 4th floor where the hallway is narrow. Hallway on our room floor was normal width. Room was great, clean and simple. Fitted nicely with basic stuff. Shower was good, rain shower could be better with smaller and more holes. Archive Club is located on the 4th at the end of the hallway to Club Residences' rooms. Lovely, cosy and staff here were super friendly and helpful. Evening cocktail (5-7pm) has a small variety of canapes and not too shabby array of alcohol available. Had my breakfast here as well, ala-carte buffet. Can customise own preferences for the food you want to have. Breakfast also comes with champagne. Did not have a meal at Eden restaurant. Do take note no bathroom slippers allowed as a dress code. Swimming pool looks to be about 15m long, no one was using the pool when we visited. 5 cabanas that required reservation which you may do so via a QR code on your tv in the hotel's facility catalogue. Bar in the lounge has an extensive range of alcohol available. The lounge looks to be very cosy as well. Check out was smooth and quick. Staff bidded us goodbye with a smile. Overall an enjoyable stay here

Was In Meeting In Singpore For 2 day.We book 2 night with ABF.Chack in Was very slow we was there around 14.30 PM we got out key at 16.55PM.Hotel lobby was very nice ABF was very good.Room is Big and clean As Accor Standard.Location is very good near all shopping center.

Service was excellent and staff were all very friendly. It was my son's birthday and the hotel actually presented us with a whole birthday cake in the room, and another small 1 from the restaurant staff by the pool with mocktails! Needless to say, the location is great too.

Great location with easy access to shopping, dining & public transportation. Comfortable room. Breakfast was fine but not excellent Overall its value for the price.

Here for business trip and everything is well arranged between Trip.com and the hotel. Hotel Check-in is smooth and room is clean. Hotel location is great, centralised among the malls and two MRT to go to. Will definitely be here again!
