Good service, clean and big room

The hotel is very new, the color is very relaxing, the room facilities are simple, but everything you need is there and sufficient. The breakfast is very rich, and the dishes are very healthy. The only thing that needs to be improved is that when I went to breakfast at 8 o'clock, no one was collecting the plates. Fortunately, there were still a few empty tables. When it was almost 9 o'clock, every table was full of plates to be collected, and some guests could only eat at the tables with plates.

I stayed at the Seasons Hotel this time and the overall experience was OK. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm, the bed was comfortable, and I had a good sleep. The soundproofing of the room was also good, and it was very quiet at night. The hotel staff was enthusiastic, and the check-in and check-out were fast. Any problems could be solved in time, and the service was impeccable. However, the hotel did not provide breakfast, and I had to go out to find food in the morning, which was a little inconvenient. The location was OK, the surrounding transportation was convenient, and it was close to the subway station, which was very convenient for travel.

All Seasons is really getting better and better! Every time I go out to play or work, I choose All Seasons, and I will never make mistakes!

There is construction going on around the hotel and it was very noisy. It started at around 7am in the morning. When we checked in, we asked the front desk if there would be noise from the construction outside. The hotel told us that it would not be noisy the next day, but we were woken up at around 7am the next day. We called the hotel three times but there was no solution. There was no apology and we even asked for earplugs. As a chain hotel, this kind of service attitude and problem-solving ability is really worrying. If the front office is like this, you can imagine what's happening upstairs. The experience is very, very, very bad, and the service is also very bad! And I think if the hotel is not sure whether there will be construction, they can tell us so that we can choose to stay or not, instead of not informing us in advance and waking us up without being able to solve the problem. It's a very bad experience!

The service at All Seasons is very good. The reservation was confirmed quickly. The breakfast was delicious. The laundry service was delivered to the door. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very nice. The room was very clean. I will definitely come back to stay here~

The waiter and the guest pass by without saying hello, 2. The guest complains and ignores, 3. The guest check-in service staff chats and laughs, 4. The front desk manager drinks drinks in front of the guests, 5. Arrogant and indifferent when encountering complaints, 6. When reporting room hygiene issues, the housekeeper will complain to the waiter at the door and then come in to clean, completely ignoring the guests. This is the first Four Seasons 5.0 in Guangzhou. It should be a benchmark project in theory, but what I see is only an empty shell without connotation. No matter how many fancy things there are, they just imply that they think they are good, and they don’t consider the problem from the customer’s perspective at all. The two most basic things when staying in a hotel 1. Hygiene, 2. Service, can’t be guaranteed, what future can we talk about?
