實際是個民宿，三人間的房間還挺大的，位置比較偏，適合自駕遊客，房間含早餐，早餐很簡單但能吃飽，入住率不高。

這家飯店離老城區有點遠，需要坐公車才能到，但櫃檯的服務人員非常親切，服務非常好。如果沒有車的話，出行會有點不方便。

服務態度差，房間淋浴太小，沖洗龍頭壞的，房價還不低呢

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — with a stunning view that made every morning special. The location is perfect, close to main attractions and restaurants, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing rest. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options every day. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the amenities provided. Special thanks to the reception team who went above and beyond to help with recommendations and bookings. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be coming back

Breakfast is a real treat, offering a wide and varied selection that caters to all tastes. The location is fantastic—not only perfect for exploring Siena but also ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation. Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood, the hotel offers great views from the balcony, making it a perfect retreat. It seems they’ve recently undergone a major renovation and its still going on in parts of the hotel, and it definitely shows. A place worth returning to!

A nice experience. Clean and quiet environment. The room with balcony over looking Siena, was nice and spacious. Great breakfast, lots of choice between sweet and savory. Excellent balance between quality and price. Recommended for long stays.

A nice experience. I stayed in this facility in February. I had read some reviews and at first I was a little skeptical but in reality everything went very well. The new owner was kind and helpful. He told us that he has some work planned and I hope that next time he finds it even better. Highly recommended and at the right price.

My compliments to the kind and knowledgeable staff. Clean and quiet environment. The room with balcony overlooking Siena, although it is old, was nice and spacious. Appreciated the coffee machine for an afternoon coffee on the balcony. Abundant breakfast . Excellent location for both the center and surrounding areas. Recommended for long stays. Excellent balance between quality and price.

Good breakfast and clean. We chose a triple room as a family with breakfast included. I found availability and kindness! Check in started at 1pm but they were very kind to give us the room before the time. I advise! Until next time!

First and last time we will stay in this hotel the photos speak for themselves. The only positive thing is the staff, otherwise forgettable. Ruined bathroom furniture with shower in pieces, doors that don't close and windows that, to say the least, need maintenance. NEVER AGAIN!
