"Staff were helpful. Beds were comfortable. Phone charger on clock was nice. Breakfast had good selection, enjoyed waffles, but only 2 tables to eat at, so have to take food to room. Small dining table in room was useful. Overall had a good stay."

"The atmosphere was so pretty and the furniture and style were so pretty, but even though it was early October, it was so cold that I couldn't just sit there. It got cold in the evening so I looked for a staff member, but they said I couldn't do anything except call an emergency emergency at night, so I ended up sleeping in the cold. The shower room was quite dirty. It might have been because it was old, but it was disappointing. The breakfast was so good and delicious. The staff were all very polite and kind."
