Great convenient location near the SZ Exhibition center. Love the modern and sleek interiors as well. Clean and homey feel. Gyms also have solo rooms for treadmills which is a unique touch for travelers privacy. Cool there’s free food buffet also at night with a coupon from 930-1030pm.

So hard for me to find this place, I lost my internet I could ask anyone, after round and around the blok finally I found it, when I am check in I am so hungry don’t know where to go because is late, but Zhao being so sweet and patient help me with my food even treat me for delicious tea. I know now where the location and I will come back again

Pros: great location. Right next to the electronic markets and a few minutes walk to two different tube stations, so easy access to the city. The staff were also very friendly and they changed my room for me as my first room was very dirty. There’s a free washing machine on the rooftop but there’s no dryer though. Cons: the first room I had was very dirty, it stank of cigarette smoke. The hotel staff let me change room the next night which I appreciated. The next room was a lot better. The whole hotel in general was very dated. There is a rooftop which is a lovely addition, however the the decking flooring is falling apart and there was holes in the floor. It felt a bit dangerous. Overall it was an alright hotel for the price. I was expecting a little better though as I have stayed in other hotels in China around the same price which were a lot cleaner and modern. However I did appreciate the staff letting me change room. Also great location.

We stayed at this hotel for our two day flight transfer in Shenzhen. All staff here were very friendly, nice, polite and helpful. We can't read Chinese but can speak basic Mandarin and conversational Cantonese. On the day of our check-out, the front desk receptionist, Xie Zhiju helped us to hail a taxi from the main street and direct it for pick up at the hotel's entrance as we were travelling with a few big luggages. Her service deserves a 5 star. Other front desk receptionists were very helpful too but unfortunately, we do not know their names. This hotel's location is central and the room we stayed in was very spacious. The hotel also provides various small/lights snacks and drinks at their reception/lobby. There are a few restaurants nearby which is convenient for meals anytime of the day. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Mr. 余林煬 is one of the best employees that I ever meet, he did good for check in, fast and very kind person. I also lost some expensive watch in my room and he also help me to locate it and keep for me next day to pick up! This hotel must stay as very nice and clean. I have a suite room which very quiet and modern. 真心感謝余先生的幫助！best employee for the month! Keep going and good job!

Good location, high value. For food delivery, they mix up block A and Block B and caused delivery error Need to state clearly as the room actually placed at block B even though check in lobby from block A. The only drawback is the shower drainage a bit stuck but it don't cause problem. Will come again.

Very good location! Breakfast table staff (a lady who’s always there) is very friendly and helpful :) the hotel robot is so smart and always busy sending “grab food” to room guests- always bump into him haha. Room is good; free laundry and a small gym is available too. Breakfast is fine with very nice soy milk! Thank you for the good service Miss Xiao Chen and also a complement to the staff lady at the breakfast table :) (too bad I didn’t ask for her name)

The check-in process took a bit longer than expected. During the wait, Judy chatted with me to ease the boredom and said that if I had any questions, I could contact her. So, I added her on WeChat. Even in the middle of the night, she was always available. It seemed like she never needed to rest. She is a very dedicated person. I gave her a thumbs-up as a reward.

Hotel is located directly at metro station, several shops and eateries around. Great part just behind the corner. Hotel itself is very clean and modern. You need to ready, that hotel is used by families so it might be bit noisy. Overall good already 2nd experience and definitely I will come back.

Great hotel with good service. We have been upgraded to the top floor with a magnificent city view. Service is remarkable as the front desk brought back some items that we left behind during our previous visit. Looking forward to staying in this hotel for our next visit.
