Shenzhen Longhua District Hotels

The location is amazing where you can maximise your time to enjoy their hotel and your short weekend escape. The service was extraordinary at the concierge named Aaron Zhou, he even helped me with purchasing the high speed train tickets 

The service from the front desk was very good and polite. They are very helpful. However the room itself can be improved. It was a non smoking room but still having guest smoking in the room, causing the room and hallway full of smell. I was being awaken in the middle of the night because the smell from the smoke was too strong. The ventilation system in the room can be improved too. I think the hotel needs to enforce more strict rule in terms of the smoking regulation. About 10min walk to the nearest 红山 station. Shenzhen north station probably need to have to take Didi. Quite a distance to walk.

This is my fourth time staying in this hotel chain and I especially like the cleanliness of the room, the spacious lobby , the comfortable bed & shower and also the speedy front-desk service. I reserved 2 rooms for this trip and we got 1 room upgraded to a larger size. The breakfast was although not exceptionally delicious but still of high CP value, offering a variety of fresh vegetable and fruit. The hotel was not too close to the Hong Shan MTR station but the neighborhood was very safe even when I walked back late after watching night performance at Hong Shan 6979.

Very helpful front-desk, checking in was handled in no-time, including vouchers for breakfast. The room was tidy, beds were not too soft, and bedroom offered all I needed. Located near the subway, and a bus station, it is very well placed. Only a short walk to several restaurants, and other shops. If you have a day off, a stroll in Longhua park is a good option to get out of the hustle and bustle of daily Chinese life around you. Breakfast was good, enough choice for me. No European dishes though.

This apartment is so comfortable to live in! The location is very convenient, and there are supermarkets and small restaurants around the corner. The room is brighter than the pictures, and the large windows let in a lot of light. The four-piece bed set smells like sunshine, and I slept as soundly as at home. The housekeeper is responsive to every request, and the WiFi is so good that I can watch TV series and play games at the same time. The most surprising thing is that the induction cooker can actually stir-fry, and I cooked a delicious hot pot! The cleaning lady came to clean every day and even wiped the toilet side to make it reflective. The price-performance ratio is much better than the surrounding hotels

Overall satisfied, but was a little bit disappointed that the kitchen was not usable. Many restaurants within 2 minutes walk including Starbucks and McDonalds. Outlet shopping center with many brand names and a pharmacy. Would stay again. PROs: - very close to Shenzhen Bei Station - relatively clean CON's - super hard & uncomfortable mattress - stove did not work and no kitchen amenities are provided

The overall sound insulation is okay, but the sound of walking upstairs is more obvious The hygiene is not good, there are stains in the pool, and there are a lot of black flocs on the quilt. There are not many channels available on TV When I open the door and enter the house, the door handle won't reset. It's really bad. I took a video but can only upload pictures. The service attitude of the staff is good, and the canteen is also decorated for the Lantern Festival

The room was good but the curtains didn’t cover the sunlight. The ac has cigarette smell very much The breakfast is the main issue. As in TRIP.COM it says Chinese breakfast. Instead they gave us kfc burger and say is breakfast very disappointing about that

Location, location, location! Extreme convenience for us who need easy access to both MTR and high-speed railway. Nice to have washing machine in the room and elec warming rack in bathroom. We were able to do a load of laundry and dry the clothes in a day. Appreciate this amenity available to us travelers. When we were ready to check out, the office was locked, and there was no staff around. We pushed the room key card under the door. It would be helpful to have a locked box outside the office for us to drop off the room key/card when leaving.
