Shenzhen Longhua District Hotels

My last experience at the Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen was so fantastic that I didn't hesitate to choose it again this time! Bringing my family along, we revisited the first Hard Rock Hotel in China. The place is bursting with rock 'n' roll vibes, all elements I absolutely adore. The spacious bathtub in the room is the biggest I've ever seen in South China or Shenzhen. From the tub, through the glass, I could soak while taking in the magnificent views of the Mission Hills Golf Course – truly a feast for the eyes. Considering the excellent value for money, staying in such a uniquely styled, high-end hotel is absolutely superb! We also sampled the buffet dinner with outdoor BBQ on the 5th floor. With delicious food and fine wine, we ate until we literally couldn't walk straight! That was another highlight! Throughout this stay, Mark provided exceptional hospitality and assistance at every turn. I truly want to extend my gratitude to him!

The pictures are not properly reflected. I'd say the cleanliness is ok.. but unfortunately the apartment finishings and wallpaper make it look very old and worn. The furnishings are quite bare as well. Location is great though, lots of food close by. For the price, I'd say it's a bit pricey, but it can accomodate more people so it's good for families like myself.

Signs from the high-speed rail station led us directly to the 46th-floor front desk, so finding the hotel was absolutely no problem. As soon as we arrived in the lobby, we were warmly greeted by Molly and Mia. After checking in, we entered our room to find it perfectly prepared: the air conditioning was on, main curtains drawn open, and sheer blinds neatly set, ready for our arrival. Housekeeping promptly brought up children's slippers, and even the repairmen we passed in the hallway offered warm greetings. The room itself wasn't huge, but the bathroom area was surprisingly spacious. While the breakfast selection wasn't as vast as some other hotels, every dish was exquisitely prepared. They even had local delights like douhua (tofu pudding) and steamed rice rolls (cheung fun). The hotel's Western pastries were incredibly appealing – truly the best I've tasted at any five-star hotel. I usually skip desserts, but I indulged quite a bit this time! I'm already planning to bring my child back during the winter break to visit the Science and Technology Museum and stay here again.

My first trip to China has been really nice it’s not as outdated as described on YouTube. The whole journey from landing in Hong Kong to entering Shenzhen was smooth, and there are tall buildings everywhere, which is quite spectacular. The only trouble was that I wasn’t good at using mobile navigation, so I lingered at the high-speed rail station for a long time.Later, I saw a hotel near the station exit. It looked really good just from the sign, and the experience turned out to be fantastic! The best part was that the staff could communicate with us in English normally it was so convenient. They recommended many delicious foods and fun places to visit, which made us very happy. The staff were warm and amazing, and we got to eat a lot of tasty food!When we didn’t know how to buy train tickets, they even arranged for a staff member to take us to buy them, and told us we could ask the staff for help if we had any questions everyone would be willing to assist. I’ve never had such a touching experience before. Besides, I had clothes that hadn’t been washed for days, and the hotel actually had a laundry room with a dryer that was wonderful! The breakfast was delicious too, including the local specialty ”cheong fun” (steamed rice rolls) they mentioned, which tasted good. When we checked out, they even walked us to the entrance of the high-speed rail station. Thank you so much!I feel that Chinese people are all very warm. The staff said this is a hotel chain, and there’s also a branch in Guangzhou. Our next stop is Guangzhou, and we will definitely stay at Qingju Hotel again. It’s really convenient and great.

This stay was truly a very satisfying experience! 🌟 Huayi offers an elegant environment, with a spacious and bright lobby tastefully decorated. The room was clean and comfortable, with soft bedding that gave me a great night’s sleep. The toiletries were also thoughtfully prepared. The facilities were complete — the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly, and the internet connection was smooth. What impressed me most was the service — check-in and check-out were handled very efficiently, and the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions. The hotel is also conveniently located, making shopping and getting around very easy. The Moxy Shenzhen North delivers a fantastic, modern experience with a distinct cyberpunk edge. The atmosphere is electric and stylish, perfectly blending industrial design with neon-lit, futuristic vibes. This theme extends from the social lobby right into the compact, tech-savvy rooms. The check-in process is notably smooth, and a major perk is their very cool standard policy of an afternoon checkout, which adds tremendous value and convenience. Its greatest strength is the unbeatable location, directly integrated with the Shenzhen North Railway Station, making travel effortless. The surrounding area is lively and vibrant. However, while the bar is a great social hub, the food and drink offerings are just so-so. Ultimately, it's the perfect crash pad for stylish travelers who prioritize design, location, and a seamless stay over extensive culinary experiences.

The hotel is modern and clean. Staff are very helpful. My package included an access to the executive lounge. It has a good look of mountains and a pond. The staff are there are very courteous and helpful. The light snacks served at the lounge ate good enough for a light dinner. The hotel us a bit far away from the nearby shopping mall. There is nothing around the hotel except for fashion centers that my family did not have time for a visit. The swimming pool is small compared with a 4 or 5 star hotel.

The hotel boasts a great location, less than 500 meters from Hongshan Metro Station. It's an easy and pleasant walk through a commercial district and residential area, making it very straightforward to find. My room was on a good floor, offering ample natural light and a peaceful atmosphere. It faces other commercial buildings, and downstairs there are convenient snack stalls and a convenience store. The service was exceptional; staff were highly communicative, polite, warm, and attentive. The room itself was quite spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is excellent, close proximity to the main train station in Shenzhen. Room is spacious and tidy. front desk staff was very helpful as I left a jacket in the room and they mailed it to me the same day. Very easy to communicate. The washing machine and drier in the room was a plus. Although one thing to note is that It’s not a hotel in the traditional sense, more of a service apartment, so for someone who expects hotel experience may Found it different. Would visit again.
