Overall, my stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Upon entering the room, it was clean and bright. The smart home features blended seamlessly with traditional manual controls, the air conditioning was quiet, and every detail in the room was thoughtfully arranged. A robot delivered fresh fruit to my room just ten minutes after I arrived, and any requested amenities were also promptly brought by a robot. When I ventured out to explore, the staff were consistently patient and helpful with directions and suggestions. Upon departure, I was offered a breakfast bag, a fridge magnet, and a sachet, completing a truly thoughtful and comprehensive service experience.

Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive, even upgrading our room. The room was spacious, and the bathroom facilities were complete and spotless. The soundproofing at night was excellent, ensuring a very restful sleep. Breakfast offered fresh ingredients and a good variety of options to suit different tastes. Outstanding value for money, five-star recommended!

The location is very convenient, making it easy to get to attractions by taxi, and there are convenience stores nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly. The hotel's location is good, just three subway stops from Window of the World, and within walking distance to MixC World. Both the environment and cleanliness are excellent; rooms are spotless and thoroughly cleaned daily. They even have robots that deliver takeaways directly to your floor. The staff are friendly, always smiling, and very service-oriented. However, there are a few drawbacks: the bathroom design is somewhat impractical. The door tends to roll up the bath mat when opened, and privacy is an issue. Additionally, having to queue for breakfast on weekends was a bit unexpected, as the restaurant is quite small.

The location was absolutely fantastic! We walked to MixC World for coconut chicken, caught the drone show at Window of the World, and also managed to visit the Science Museum and Shenzhen Bay Park. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were incredibly warm, professional, and always attentive to our needs. The hotel environment was lovely, and the decor was exactly our taste. The room facilities were convenient, modern, and smart! Being able to control the lights, air conditioning, and curtains all from a single panel was super convenient. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Even the bedside lamps emitted a warm, soft glow. The smart room features were great, and free parking was available. Every time I checked in, the staff kindly provided complimentary fruit. Check-out was very efficient; all that was needed was to return the room card. Electronic invoicing was also super convenient. The breakfast on the first floor was delicious, showing great attention to detail. I'll definitely bring friends here next time!

Complimentary laundry and a gym are available on the 6th floor. The attention to detail is outstanding – this hotel is simply perfect for family travel!

As I had an unexpected trip to Shenzhen and wanted a place convenient for dining and shopping, this was my immediate choice. It's right by Shenzhen MixC World, just a short walk away. The room was spotless. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, with a swift check-in process, and they even provided welcome fruit. All essential amenities were provided. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend it.

It is located at a good place to go somewhere in Nanshan, Shenahen. The hotel is very good for a business trip.

The front desk staff 小陈 was very helpful and welcoming. It was raining hard when I was about to go for a meeting and he gave advice for safe travel.  Although the stay was short, I look forward to staying at the hotel again.
